I can easily download this on my android device and when someone works from their phone, it automatically tracks everything in the system. It's been really helpful for monitoring how many productive hours my team actually puts in especially during the pandemic when everyone's working remotely.

It's interface could use some work and I think there are features that need improvement.

Onboarding process uses really outdated tutorials that dont help much. We basically had to teach ourselves how everything works.

When I compare it to other tools we've recently explored, the options feel pretty limited. The pricing is definitely on the expensive side. Installing and uninstalling this thing is a real hassle, way more complicated than it should be. Honestly it feels more like a screen capture or employee monitoring solution than a full productivity platform.

Since many of our board and community discussions happen in the evenings, it's really valuable to show exactly how much time we're dedicating to these communities.

Having to request pricing information just adds to the frustration.

From a management perspective, it's great being able to keep tabs on everyone's tasks, productivity levels and activity logs all in one place!

Can't create reports for night differential as an employer which is frustrating when trying to track those pay adjustments.

I also can't track managers silently without giving them manager access and installing the silent app which means I'm essentially paying for two licenses for the same user if I want to monitor managers discretely.
