Sure I can just click "yes" when the popup appears but it breaks my focus and feels unnecessary.

You don't really realize how tough it is to stay productive for a full 8-hour workday until you start using a time tracker. This one does two things really well, it keeps me focused and it gives just enough flexibility when I need to step away from work for a moment. A lot of other trackers cut you off after barely 120 seconds of inactivity and capture far too many screenshots which makes the whole experience feel oppressive. Time Doctor feels much more practical and realistic by comparison.

The issue is that it's also fairly easy to bypass by setting up a macro which makes it feel less reliable than it should be.
