“Love the clock feature
Pros
Having the clock visible on screen constantly makes time tracking so much easier. The reporting feature that exports to Excel format is useful for my workflow. Adding new clients is simple and editing time entries is not complicated either.
Cons
Only issue I've run into is that when the clock is open, the Dashboard tabs like Reports and Edit Time sometimes vanish completely. I have to log out and back in to get them to show up again which gets pretty annoying.

Pros

“great overview of performance
Pros
Team dashboard gives me a nice overview of everyone's performance. I also really appreciate the screenshots as they've been quite helpful for making sure team members are focused on the right tasks.
Cons
I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about this tool. When we switched from our old tracking software, the transition was smooth and everything just works better. If I had to nitpick, maybe the learning curve could be slightly shorter for new team members but that's really reaching for something to complain about.

Pros
Tracking capabilities here are really impressive. You get detailed insights into hours, screen activities and even mouse clicks from an admin perspective. The dashboard makes everything super clear with color-coding so you can easily spot edited hours and see which platform they came from. There are so many useful tools and functions packed into this that any business not using it is definitely missing out.
Cons
PDF reports could really use some work on the layout, they're fine in black and white but would benefit from better table formatting and improved fonts to make them more professional looking.

Pros
I really appreciate how this tool breaks down my screen time into productive, unproductive and neutral categories. It's eye-opening to see where my time actually goes. The detailed historical reports are useful for tracking patterns and figuring out how to boost my efficiency. It's been essential for hitting my 40-hour weekly goals especially when working from home where distractions are everywhere.
Cons
Notification bar can be pretty annoying. Would love an option to resize it. Drag and drop should work across the entire bar, not just in one corner. It's frustrating when you accidentally click and it opens the whole application. Sometimes my tracked time gets marked as neutral and I have no idea why, maybe it's company policy but there's zero explanation about it. I tried changing my idle time limit from 15 to 20 minutes but couldn't figure out how. Again, might be a company restriction but there's no indication telling me whether I can actually change it or not. Also think I should be able to see my own idle time, not just admins.

“good time tracking, poor support and interface
Pros
It consistently prompts me to log my hours and being able to view the screenshots is a nice touch for accountability.
Cons
support response times are frustratingly slow and the interface has become much less userfriendly compared to when it first launched, it's gotten unnecessarily complicated over time.

“powerful monitoring but expensive & intrusive
Pros
I started using this mainly for the timekeeping and screen monitoring capabilities. It's been helpful for tracking employee hours and understanding why projects might be stalling. The employee tracking feature has actually saved us money. I've noticed that some remote contractors hesitate to ask for help when they're struggling & they often get frustrated and leave instead. Being able to see what they're working on when projects aren't progressing helps me figure out if they need assistance or aren't putting in enough effort. The customizable screenshot frequency is really handy. If the intervals are too long, you might not get an accurate picture of what's happening. For instance, it could capture social media during login times, making it seem like they're not focused on work tasks. Increasing the frequency gives you a much clearer view of actual productivity. There's also mouse and keyboard activity monitoring with popup notifications asking if someone is still working when there's no activity detected. The timer kicks in automatically when things go quiet. The onscreen timer and project manager keeps me accountable for my own work completion too. It scales nicely as teams grow, adding or removing people is simple. The project and task management features work well for both ongoing processes and daily tasks. When new projects come in, I can assign team members and their tasks get created automatically. I've had a few instances where people tried to game the system but it's pretty obvious when that happens. The application performs reliably and does exactly what it's supposed to. On the rare occasions I've needed support, they respond quickly. The interface is clean and mostly interactive, though casual users might occasionally get lost going around.
Cons
The premium pricing can really add up, especially when you're managing larger teams and there are definitely cheaper alternatives out there. The screen monitoring feature creates some privacy concerns. Team members sometimes forget to turn it off when accessing personal accounts, which can capture sensitive info like passwords. I've also had situations where someone takes a break but forgets to pause monitoring and their personal activities get recorded on their own computers. Some contractors aren't comfortable with the monitoring aspect and feel it's invasive. While most don't mind it, I have lost a few potential hires because of this feature, though it hasn't been a major issue given the number of applicants. The 3rd party app integrations are pretty limited in what they can actually do. Desktop sync issues with the time server happen more often than I'd like. When internet connectivity drops or other problems occur, contractors worry their hours aren't being tracked properly. The app is supposed to record locally then sync later but I constantly have to explain this and tell people to manually track as backup, not ideal. Reviewing user screenshots becomes really tedious when you have tons to go through. The navigation could definitely be more efficient.
