“convenient for tracking time anywhere
Pros
The convenience factor is incredible, having it on both my desktop and phone means I can track time anywhere. When clients call unexpectedly, I just open the app and start timing immediately. This has been a game-changer for capturing all those quick calls that used to slip through the cracks and really add up over time.
Cons
only real issue I have is that it flags certain sites as unproductive when they're actually work-related for me. As a digital marketing manager, I'm constantly on Facebook and Instagram for campaigns, but the system marks these as time-wasting. I wish there was an easier way to customize which sites count as productive. My biggest frustration though is how it interrupts video calls. When I'm on Zoom or Google Meet, it keeps asking if I'm still working, which is incredibly awkward during client presentations. Having that popup appear while I'm sharing my screen with important prospects is just embarrassing. I'd love for it to automatically detect when I'm in meetings so I dont have to remember to pause it manually every time.

“Good mobile but bad desktop
Pros
Very reliable mobile app! it never fails when I need to use it. The automatic screenshot feature is handy since I can remove any captures I don't want kept on record. Being able to correct time entries when I make mistakes is also a nice touch.
Cons
The desktop application is unreliable and it won't start when I need it and refuses to stop when I'm done. I've experienced frequent crashes and freezing issues that really disrupt my workflow. Time tracking gets messed up sometimes, which is frustrating when you're trying to bill accurately. There are annoying bugs where the stop/start button becomes unclickable or just vanishes completely. The worst part is when it crashes unexpectedly without any warning and I lose track of what I was working on.

“powerful reports but costly
Pros
The reporting options are fantastic and I can export to PDF, Excel or CSV formats which covers all my needs. Love that it automatically activates without any manual setup required. The constant pinging feature keeps track of whether I'm actively working or not, which is really helpful for monitoring productivity.
Cons
The Linux version definitely needs some work, that sidebar just won't disappear no matter what I try. Also, the pricing feels a bit steep for what your getting.

I can capture screenshots of what's happening on user screens and keep track of which websites they're visiting. This monitoring capability gives me good oversight of computer activity.
Cons
The screen doesn't refresh on its own, which gets annoying. Also there's no way to know when users take actions and you're left guessing what's happening.

The screenshot feature is really helpful and I appreciate how the productivity ratings work. Everything feels very easy to use.
Cons
The compatibility issues with Chromebooks are really frustrating. We can't get our entire team onboard since some staff members use these devices and they simply dont work with the system.

Pros
I can see this software running on my work computer, so there's complete transparency about monitoring. Since I installed it myself initially, I'm fully aware of what it tracks and how it functions & there's no hidden surveillance happening.
Cons
It throws errors occasionally and our employee screencast options got disabled for some reason.

Canceling your subscription is basically impossible. I've reached out to support multiple times using different email addresses they provided but nobody ever responds or offers any help whATsoever. The only thing this accomplishes is creating a really toxic environment among your team members.

It is very user friendly. The detailed reports break down effort put in for each task. When I forget to update weather, I can easily go back and make adjustments to stay on track. This software helps me stay organized and monitor everything that's happening. What stands out most is the way it tracks each team member's productivity and shows exactly how many tasks everyone has completed on their machines. The automatic time tracking is fantastic. It records how long I spend on each task and even captures screenshots throughout my work sessions.
Cons
The only downside is that I didn't have enough time to fully explore all the features to offset my initial concerns about the platform.

The work hours transparency it provides to both managers and employees is really refreshing and I appreciate how straightforward everything is to understand.
Cons
The billing system could use some work. When someone runs both silent and Interactive modes we get hit with double charges even though it's the same person. Plus they're charging us for admin accounts which doesn't make sense since these aren't actual users doing any real work.

“Bring the JIra integration back
Pros
I loved how it synced with JIRa automatically. The time tracking feature was also good since it logged everything directly to JIRa tickets and you got access to all the built-in measuring tools which made project management so much smoother.
Cons
New version dropped the JIRa integration that made the original so useful. Having just a basic start/stop button in tickets isn't enough when every other time tracking tool offers proper integration. It's frustrating that the best feature from the classic version didn't carry over to v2 and now I'm worried they might phase out the old version entirely.
