This tool made it really simple to show clients exactly how much time I had spent on a project and it ended up being the most convenient option for doing that.

Honestly I don't have any real complaints. The interface is very simple and generating time reports is simple.

Keeping up with daily activity is very thorough with Time Doctor. It gives a clear view of what I'm currently working on and I can add new tasks whenever they come up during the day.

if you use more than one desktop, there's no option to choose which desktop appears in the screenshots.

It's very simple to use, tracks time accurately and works with several integrations, including Teamwork.

Every now and then it freezes or doesn't sync the way it should. Usually, refreshing it a couple of times or signing out and back in fixes it.

A big problem is that the software randomly stops tracking time and there's no clear warning when it happens. The only way to catch it is by checking every single entry every day which is incredibly frustrating. They've said multiple times that a fix was coming but nothing has really been resolved.

Whenever I forget to log a project or activity or something urgent comes up and I can't enter the task right away, I'm still able to go back and edit my time without any hassle. That really helps and it also lets me show my supervisor that my time hasn't been wasted.

One thing that gets on my nerves is when I'm watching training videos and Time Doctor suddenly pops up with the coffee break prompt asking if I'm still working or taking a break. I'm obviously still working lol. The automated reminders can be pretty annoying too, although I do understand why that feature is needed in the app.

More than anything, this software helps me stay organized throughout my working hours. It's been really useful and gives me very solid time management support.

It has been excellent for our team and one feature I personally really enjoy is the reminder that nudges me back on track whenever I accidentally get lost scrolling through social media.

The tracking is incredibly precise. My clients can see every minute I'm working which apps I used which websites I visited and even the random screenshots so there's no question that I'm actually doing the task. It even accounts for time when I'm just thinking and not touching the keyboard.

Honestly nothing major. Since this field is required, I'd say there were a few times when Time Doctor closed or disappeared without any warning but I'm hoping that won't happen again.
