I can adjust the features for each team member which really helps everyone stay focused and get more work done. The time tracking functionality has been a game-changer for keeping our remote team productive and accountable.
Cons
sometimes features require too much manual work and the token expiration issue means it doesnt always track time properly.

Can easily monitor whether my team is actually being productive or just wasting time during work hours
Cons
There's a major flaw where if someone doesn't click "I am working" when prompted, no screen recording happens at all. I also don't like that employees can choose whether to allow webcam shots. I had one worker I suspected wasn't actually working and she just covered her camera so all the photos came out black.

“such a time saver
Pros
This tool is a real time-saver since it shows me exactly where I'm losing hours during the day. I get constant updates on how much time I have left to finish my projects which really helps with planning. I can set time limits at different stages of my work to stay more focused and productive. The employee monitoring features are great for keeping everyone on track with deadlines. My online timesheet integration works smoothly and keeps me updated on my daily schedule.
Cons
The support team could definitely be more responsive and helpful. When I'm trying to use this on my phone, half the features don't work properly or are missing entirely. They really need to add more options for requesting payments from clients as the current setup is pretty limited. Also it would be great if it integrated with more third-party software since the current options are a bit restricted...

Pros
Reporting feature that tracks web and app usage really stands out. It shows exactly how much time gets spent on each page which makes it so much easier to distribute work more strategically.

Pros
It helps me stay on top of my schedule. Being able to monitor which websites I visit and get detailed reports on how much time I spend in different applications has been useful for boosting my productivity.
Cons
It gets annoying with those "are you working?" popups every 5 minutes. Really breaks my concentration when I'm trying to get things done.

Pros
I am able to monitor my time and track my team's productivity really well with this tool. The screenshot feature gives me visibility into what everyone's working on and I get detailed reports showing which sites and apps they're using.
Cons
Even though I really like this software overall, there's definitely room for improvement. The activity tracking system only recognizes mouse clicks and keyboard activity which doesn't capture everything I actually do during work. When I'm in meetings, presenting webinars or doing training sessions on Zoom where I'm mostly talking, the system flags these as "low activity" periods even though I'm actively working. It would be great if it could detect other types of productive work that dont require constant clicking or typing.

The interface looks really clean and I find it easy to browse. What I appreciate most is how flexible the subscription options are. You can actually choose what works for your budget.
Cons
The lack of domain whitelisting is frustrating. We can't allow access to sites like amazon, Walmart or social media platforms that some of our team members genuinely need for their daily work.

Time tracking helps me understand exactly how many hours I'm putting in at work.
Cons
The ability to record or take screenshots of staff really damages trust even when we don't actually use those features as managers. This might work fine for basic operations but with developers and senior engineers, it becomes a real dealbreaker.

I find it really helpful for tracking how much time our team spends on different tasks and keeping everyone productive. The organization features for managing tasks and projects work great and it's nice being able to review where time was actually spent across various projects.
Cons
Daily email reports can be really delayed. Sometimes they don't arrive until the next day which is frustrating. I've heard from colleagues with slower internet that this tool eATs up alot of bandwidth and taking screenshots tends to bog down their system performance.

I find it annoying that you have to click twice when converting timesheets to paid status. Also there's no way to connect with bitrix24.com which is frustrating.

It is so simple to use. It really helps me stay focused and keeps my motivation up during work hours.
Cons
The system flags me as inactive when I'm not actively clicking around which gets annoying. Like when I'm watching training videos, taking notes by hand or sitting in on calls, it keeps asking if I'm still working. Sure I can just click "yes" when the popup appears but it breaks my focus and feels unnecessary.
