“Great for client tracking
Pros
I've been using this for nearly 2 years and it's made me much more efficient when working with clients. It's really helpful for tracking exactly how much time I've spent on specific clients or tasks. It's also perfect for keeping tabs on employees who aren't in the office or are working remotely a few days a week.
Cons
The only thing that bugs me is how the time zone is locked to corporate settings and I can't adjust it for my own location which is really inconvenient.

Pros
Been using this for about a year now and the time tracking accuracy is really solid. You can rely on it to capture your hours without missing anything.
Cons
The implementation varies too much between different roles and expecting all employees to hit identical metrics doesn't make sense.

The dashboards are really user-friendly and the layouts make everything easy to read. Love the reporting and insights features and they give you exactly what you need. This thing is absolutely perfect if your working from home like it's become my best friend. Plus it catches any sketchy behavior, like when someone's trying to game the system or mess around.

Cons
Getting into the nitty-gritty details with integrations isn't always possible like when I need to really dig deep into Zendesk tickets, the functionality just isn't there. The accuracy of data capture really depends on having the right tools installed, which can be a issue.

Time Doctor has been excellent for our remote team, we can easily track work hours, idle time and other important metrics. The interface is user friendly and finding reports or features is simple. Their support team deserves special mention as they're responsive and consistently go the extra mile to ensure we're well taken care of. Setting up our entire company was surprisingly smooth and effort free.
Cons
We had some problems before where reports would export while the data was still loading, giving us incomplete files. Support was really helpful though and added a loading bar to fix this issue.

the payroll system works well and the time tracking with screenshot monitoring gives me good oversight of productivity.
Cons
After spending hours transitioning our sizable team to TD2, we've discovered numerous missing core features that were available in the original version. This has cost our company considerably and support just tells us they'll add requests to a feature list for businesses to vote on. The problem is, without these essential features, companies can't even use the software, so of course no one will vote on features they need just to get started. We've had to move our payroll out of the platform entirely since we don't want to go back to the old version after all this effort.
