“Simple clock-in, needs more features

Pros

I love how simple it is to clock in and out, tracking my hours has never been easier. Being able to see my earnings in real-time is fantastic and I can always stay on top of how much I'll be getting paid for my work.

Cons

I wouldn't say I dislike anything about it but there are some features that could really enhance the experience. Adding more HR functionality would help us get a better picture of our team members. Also, having a proper notification and announcement system would keep everyone in the loop much better.

“Surprisingly easy to start!!

Pros

Starting out with this system was surprisingly amazing. The interface makes sense right away and I got comfortable with it quickly. Tracking my work hours accurately has become effortless and keeping tabs on everything is really simple now.

Cons

I haven't really found anything to complain about with this app yet. My experience has been good overall and I can't think of any real downsides or issues I've run into so far.

“The perfect productivity cop!!!

Pros

I only have positive things to say about this app. I highly recommend it to employers or companies wanting to monitor employee progress, work time, idle time, poor time usage and websites visited during work hours. It tracks apps and software used throughout the entire duration an employee reports working. The system is slacker-proof and cuts off time when it detects no computer activity or repetitive patterns designed to fool it. I appreciate how it ensures employers that their paid employees are being productive, since tricking the system for 8 hours would be more boring than actually working. We're all human and no employee is perfect and I'm living proof of that. Sometimes when trying to do extra work, we forget we're human and might doze off unintentionally for seconds or even minutes. From my experience, it automatically deducts time when you should have been working but weren't due to being too sleepy to continue properly. It acts like both a cop warning you for being unfair to your employer and a doctor correcting your work habits until you develop responsibility because if you dont change your attitude, this "Cop Doctor" reports it and you could lose your job.

Cons

I had an issue early on where it didn't save my work progress and hours from last year when I was at a different company but haven't experienced any problems since then. I'm still careful to double-check that my start and stop times get recorded properly just in case. If your someone who tends to slack off, you might not like how closely it tracks your activity and work time.

Desktop interface feels bare bones and could use some visual improvements. I'm frustrated that they removed the ability to add, remove or edit tasks when they upgraded from version 1 to version 2 that was actually a really useful feature that I'd love to see brought back.

I have been using this to track my work activities as a content writer and honestly, it runs really smooth without any glitches or bugs. The pricing is pretty reasonable too, which my company appreciates. What's helpful is how it automatically captures screenshots every 3 minutes and sends them to our admin team and keeps everything transparent.

The customer support really needs improvement and isn't meeting expectations.

I find it really adaptable and smooth, it connects easily with different tools and platforms I already use. It's been helpful for managing my team since I can set goals, track attendance and generate payroll reports all in one place.

UI can be confusing when you're just starting out and figuring out how to use everything feels overwhelming at first. Getting help or understanding the basic functions isn't always simple, which gets frustrating when you need to hit the ground running. Some users also feel uncomfortable with how much monitoring is actually happening.

Sometimes the platform has bugs and runs slow which can be frustrating. After updating on desktop or mobile, there's noticeable lag that affects productivity. While the reporting features are solid, I'm disappointed that screenshots don't get included when you email reports, that's a very basic feature that should be there.

only downside I can think of is that there really isn't one and this tool has been fantastic for remote work management.
