Pros
Its really simple to record my hours and push approvals through for our team. Access is smooth and usually doesn't cause any headaches when I have to jump in at the last minute.
Cons
It goes offline and I've found that can be very frustrating when I'm trying to get work done and can't reach the tools or information I need.

it is easy to record, monitor, print and forward my payroll timesheets using this service. My employer gets my submitted hours promptly and reliably, which keeps the entire process uncomplicated and efficient for everyone involved.

Being able to track everything I need in a single spot , sick days, vacation time, overtime really helps me. The range of options feels endless and it keeps all my scheduling tidy and organized.

We find it pretty simple for staff to track their hours , everything feels totally self-explanatory and very user-friendly.
Cons
I feel the customer service isn't great, so we usually end up handling most of the troubleshooting ourselves to get things working for them.

I find the interface incredibly simple and friendly , I never have any trouble using it for business purposes or day-to-day tasks. What really impresses me is their exceptional customer service team. The layout is super interactive and incredibly responsive which I genuinely appreciate. The step-by-step tutorials made getting started easy and removed a lot of the guesswork. As a freelancer, having free access to this is fantastic and it feels like the company truly gets how difficult time tracking can be. I finally found a solution that actually fits my needs and customer support has been terrific whenever I reach out they're prompt, available, and genuinely helpful.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of any real negatives to mention about this tool. It has been exceptionally reliable for logging my hours and is so much better than trying to force timesheets into Excel. The entire system just feels logical and simple and I haven't run into any problems or bugs that have disrupted my work or bothered me.

management interface is so simple that logging hours takes virtually no time , I can record my hours without getting bogged down in complicated menus, which definitely saves me a lot of time. What stands out for me is how it handles multiple functions at once, so there's no need to hop between different websites just to enter hours. The mobile app has been a total game-changer, being able to work from home with that convenience is fantastic. After only two days of using it I'm already impressed. Our church leadership wanted something simple for staff to manage work tasks, and this truly delivers on that promise. Right now I'd give it an 8 out of 10 and I am confident this will revolutionize how we manage our childcare workers , everyone should appreciate getting paid on time without the usual confusion and headaches. On top of that, there's a generous $25 referral bonus for bringing in friends! I haven't seen that kind of referral offer elsewhere , it's a great incentive.
