Simple to use but sometimes offline

Pros

Its really simple to record my hours and push approvals through for our team. Access is smooth and usually doesn't cause any headaches when I have to jump in at the last minute.

Cons

It goes offline and I've found that can be very frustrating when I'm trying to get work done and can't reach the tools or information I need.

smooth to record and send hours

Pros

it is easy to record, monitor, print and forward my payroll timesheets using this service. My employer gets my submitted hours promptly and reliably, which keeps the entire process uncomplicated and efficient for everyone involved.

Cons

I've only been using the app for about two months and I haven't run into anything that's really bothered me yet.

smart choice to track team hours

Perfect for my schedule

Very easy solution to use, no complaints

Pros

the timesheet tool super easy to use, and I can pull it up whenever I need to.

Tracks everything but too expensive

Pros

Being able to track everything I need in a single spot , sick days, vacation time, overtime really helps me. The range of options feels endless and it keeps all my scheduling tidy and organized.

Cons

I'm just after basic time tracking, so the price doesn't feel worth it for what I actually use of the software.

easy for staff but bad customer service

Pros

We find it pretty simple for staff to track their hours , everything feels totally self-explanatory and very user-friendly.

Cons

I feel the customer service isn't great, so we usually end up handling most of the troubleshooting ourselves to get things working for them.

Very simple with great support

Pros

I find the interface incredibly simple and friendly , I never have any trouble using it for business purposes or day-to-day tasks. What really impresses me is their exceptional customer service team. Whenever we face issues or interruptions, they are very helpful and respond quickly. It's rare to find support representatives who genuinely go above and beyond but these people make me feel like a valued customer even after the problem is resolved.

Cons

I can not think of anything negative to say about this tool , it has been perfect for my needs and I'm completely satisfied with how it performs.

Perfect free tool for freelancers

Pros

The layout is super interactive and incredibly responsive which I genuinely appreciate. The step-by-step tutorials made getting started easy and removed a lot of the guesswork. It's completely changed the way I organize my workflow and has brought a level of order I didn't have before. As a freelancer, having free access to this is fantastic and it feels like the company truly gets how difficult time tracking can be. I finally found a solution that actually fits my needs and customer support has been terrific whenever I reach out they're prompt, available, and genuinely helpful.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any real negatives to mention about this tool. It has been exceptionally reliable for logging my hours and is so much better than trying to force timesheets into Excel. The entire system just feels logical and simple and I haven't run into any problems or bugs that have disrupted my work or bothered me.

Game changer but expensive

Pros

management interface is so simple that logging hours takes virtually no time , I can record my hours without getting bogged down in complicated menus, which definitely saves me a lot of time. What stands out for me is how it handles multiple functions at once, so there's no need to hop between different websites just to enter hours. The mobile app has been a total game-changer, being able to work from home with that convenience is fantastic. After only two days of using it I'm already impressed. Our church leadership wanted something simple for staff to manage work tasks, and this truly delivers on that promise. Right now I'd give it an 8 out of 10 and I am confident this will revolutionize how we manage our childcare workers , everyone should appreciate getting paid on time without the usual confusion and headaches. On top of that, there's a generous $25 referral bonus for bringing in friends! I haven't seen that kind of referral offer elsewhere , it's a great incentive.

Cons

I think the monthly subscription fee is a very high.

User friendly and fair price

Pros

I am impressed by how user-friendly the interface is and that it consolidates all our employee information in one place. The pricing also feels fair for a small team like ours.

Cons

No any real complaints about this software. Its user-friendly interface and excellent customer support make it hard to find fault. Seriously, what more could you want?

Set up easy, reports are limited

Pros

I managed to set everything up without any issue and our contractors consistently tell me it's easy to use and use.

Very clear but hard at first

Pros

Great features but internet is bad

Pros

it's very easy to find my way around and actually handles almost every feature I rely on better than I expected.

Easy to learn & needs better tutorials

Pros

tracking time with this tool really simple , the layout is clear and it did take me long to get the hang of. Teaching new people how to use it is also fairly simple which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend it to others.

simple for logging but clumsy at first

I thought the layout was super simple, and logging even tiny slices of my time was really easy.
