“Very interactive with great support
Pros
It is extremely interactive, its tidy layout makes getting around so smooth. Whenever I've reached out for help, the support staff have been outstanding , patient, well-informed and truly invested in making sure I get the most out of the application.
Cons
There were a few compatibility hiccups when I ran the app on Windows XP but after I upgraded to Windows 10 everything started working much more smoothly. The customer support team was very helpful in fixing the issues we faced and they even followed up afterwards to ask how everything was performing.

“Great visual summary, bad history
Pros
I really value being able to look at a visual summary of exactly how my whole day unfolded and the various ways I can split up my time during the day.
Cons
Unfortunately, I find the interface a bit uninteractive , I often have trouble going back and locating work I did on earlier days.

“Very friendly but no vacation tracker

I find the interface very friendly and easy to get around, the navigation feels simple. The directions are clear and simple to follow and I like that each computer has individual employee links , it really makes access convenient.
Cons
I don't have major complaints about the system. My team chose to move to another platform after someone suggested it to us, so we ended up switching. If there was one downside I'd point out, it's that we couldn't work out how to monitor vacation benefit hours. It might be buried in the system somewhere but we were unable to find that particular feature despite looking for it.

Pros
I am genuinely impressed by how affordable this is and how easily it lets me monitor staff hours via the cloud.
Cons
Honestly, I can't really find anything to complain about , everything's transparent and there are no surprise charges.

I genuinely love how no-nonsense this platform is , it does exactly what it's meant to without making things complicated. Its layout feels easy and clean, so going around is easy. Overall, using it just comes naturally and is easy.
Cons

It feels extremely interactive and easy to use and I didn't struggle with most of the settings because they were simple to understand with almost no learning curve.

the interface is just amazinggg and I didn't need to spend much time learning how to get started.
Cons
During the short time I used it, I honestly couldn't find anything worth complaining about. Because my use was limited to just a brief period, I'm not in a position to say whether any long-term issues or bugs could appear over time.

“Great but lots to learn

I'm amazed at how interactive it is even as someone with no prior experience I was able to figure things out without difficulty. The layout and controls click immediately and didn't force me into a long learning process.
Cons

“good tool but double entry was annoying

The interface is very easy to use and I can locate everything without any difficulty.

We ended up running this in parallel with another software package, so we had to input the same information twice which was really annoying and ate up a lot of time.

“simple to add jobs but system often down
Pros
It is really easy to add new jobs and keep track of my daily work. The position management tool is useful for spotting which assignments usually take staff longer than anticipated.
Cons
We had frequent outages with the system and I couldn't determine whether it was related to our company size or some other factor, so we ultimately had to track our hours manually on paper and then enter everything afterward when it returned online.

“very handy tool but confusing selector on mobile
Pros
I love being able to update my timesheets straight from my phone & it's incredibly handy. The project and task dropdowns speed things up and keep entries precise, so I rarely have to guess or worry about typing mistakes anymore.
Cons
On the mobile site, I'm constantly thrown off by the billable versus non-billable selector , the yellow highlight only appears when I first tap it and then once I move on to enter other details that highlight disappears. That leaves me unsure which option I actually picked and it's frustrating.

“Perfect fit for small business
Pros
For my small business the interface is really clear and simple to use and after I got comfortable with how things are organized, it turned into an indispensable tool I rely on every day to keep operations running smoothly.
Cons
I did find the layout a little awkward at the beginning and it required some time to learn, that initial difficulty level was annoying and made the first few uses more frustrating than they needed to be.

I am grateful that it automatically records when I begin and end my shifts. It's handy not having to enter my hours manually every single day , just punch in and out.
Cons
the interface felt very confusing and hard to get used to. I kept hoping the layout would be more aligned and easier to use. I struggled to find where to edit my clock-in and clock-out times, which proved surprisingly difficult and not very user-friendly.

“Simple to click but very slow

One thing I really like is how simple it is , just a single click and you're finished, no filling out endless fields.
Cons
On the downside, the recording feels unbearably sluggish , I've had to wait a minimum of five seconds after pressing the clock-in/clock-out control, or else my entry won't save correctly. That lag has forced me to make several corrections and seriously breaks my flow because I can't simply punch in and immediately get back to what I'm doing.

“Best for QuickBooks, print and naming issues
Pros
Honestly, the ease and adaptability of this tool stand out to me. Being able to export and import directly into QuickBooks shaves off a massive amount of administrative time. I really value that team members can update their timesheets from their phones , it lets everyone log hours from wherever they happen to be. Upfront the price seems fair but when I think about the alternative of keying everything into Excel and having accounting manually push data into QuickBooks later, this actually ends up saving money. On top of that, getting daily cost tracking when people enter time consistently is very helpful. Creating projects, clients and account codes is also fairly simple and interactive.
Cons
It does have a couple of annoying shortcomings that I wish were fixed. The biggest is that I can't print timesheets in landscape orientation or tweak the report layout to suit client requirements which gets frustrating when I need to hand these documents to clients. Another thing I'd like is a built-in restriction so project names and account codes conform to QuickBooks length and formatting rules , I've run into issues where names were too long to import and I ended up having to rename everything afterward which is a real time sink.
