“Incredible features but needs updating
Pros
I appreciate that Timesheets offers features like mobile time tracking and remote clocking for employees who are out in the field. I also love the reporting capabilities, which allow me to track job costs and employee performance easily.
Cons
The user interface of Timesheets could use some updating, as it is not very intuitive at times. I also wish that it had a project management feature so that I could better manage the tasks associated with each project.

Pros
I found Timesheets really user-friendly, with great features like the mileage tracker and document management tools. I especially appreciate the real-time data and reporting capabilities that help me track employee performance easily.
Cons
I did have some issues with the user interface, which could be a bit confusing. Apart from that, there is really nothing I can complain about, as it has enabled me to track time and expenses accurately and efficiently.

Pros
Timesheets have been a great asset in helping our remote team collaborate more efficiently. The time tracking features have allowed us to accurately track project time, while the reporting capabilities help us analyze job costs easily.
Cons
The navigation could be made more intuitive, as it can be a bit confusing at times. Also, I would like to see an improved project management feature in the future.

“Timesheets has helped us go greener by reducing the amount of paper we used to need.
Pros
We no longer use paper as time-tracking sheets. We were using them for every project and this required manual time-in/time-out calculations as well as adding data for client billing. Now, Timesheets.com has helped us become more organized because we can add notes to each timestamp. The notes make it easier to remember exactly how much time was spent on each project. We can use this information to be more specific when billing clients and demonstrate the value of the time spent.
Cons
I would prefer if the timestamps included precise timer entries rather than just a total. If I forget to stop the timer after a task ends, theres just no way to know how much time was spent since theres no starting time either.

“Fantastic Experience with Timesheets
Pros
Our experience with Timesheets.com has been outstanding. The support we received during the implementation process was exceptional. Sensitive content hidden guided us through each step patiently addressing our questions and demonstrating a deep understanding of the system. The entire team at Timesheets.com proved to be extremely helpful making our transition smooth. Furthermore the cost of the service is unbeatable offering significant savings compared to other systems. While the interface might not be the most visually appealing it is highly functional and meets our needs. The mobile interface is also excellent and having Timesheets.com has significantly streamlined our timekeeping and expense processes.
Cons
There are a few drawbacks to mention. The integration with QuickBooks is not flawless and we had to employ workarounds which made the tool slightly more challenging to use. Additionally while the portal is intuitive it lacks the aesthetic appeal of some other alternatives. The separation of paid time off PTO and project time can be inconvenient for both users and administrators.

“Excellent customer support with useful time-tracking features
Pros
Timesheets.com has a helpful customer support team. I have been using the software for all of our work sites to track employee working hours. The best thing about the platform is that it has configurable pricing options depending on the features required and the budget available.
Cons
There are no mobile-specific memos. We can only access desktop versions, which is inconvenient. Also, our workers, who mostly use mobile phones to work, often find it difficult to use or find PTO options.

“Has helped improve team management.
Pros
It makes sure the employees cannot cheat the system by entering their time-in if they are a few miles away from the building. The app only allows time-ins when a phones GPS detects that you are in the right place. Time tracking is accurate and reliable, and for an organization with fewer resources, it is perfect.
Cons
I believe the employees should have better access to app management from their phones. And the app itself is more suited for iOS since it runs smoothly on an iPhone but even the latest Android phones struggle to offer a smooth user experience.

Pros
Timesheets is an excellent tool for any organization that needs to track employee time and expenses. I love how it automates payroll calculations, so I no longer have to do them manually. The real-time reporting and dashboard features are also great for analyzing data and generating insights.
Cons
Except for the one occasion when I had some issues with the user interface, I really have no complaints about Timesheets. It has been a great tool for tracking time and expenses.

“Great for remote employee tracking and easy to use.
Pros
The GPS tracking feature on timesheets.com is fantastic. It helps us track when and where our employees have clocked in or out while on the job. The setup was fairly simple and the mobile app was easy to install. It has extensive reporting capabilities and the reports are downloadable. Customer service is responsive too.
Cons
It needs a working customer module so that our employees can add the actual customers to their daily schedules through the app. We currently use an alternative for that.

Pros
For me, the greatest benefit of using Timesheets is the ability to track employee time and hours easily. The reporting features are great for analyzing job costs and the integration with QuickBooks makes it easy to export payroll data into accounting software.
Cons
The user interface can be a bit clunky at times, making it difficult to navigate between different sections of the product. There were also instances where the software didnt seem to save my settings properly.

Pros
It has given my employees the flexibility of entering their time manually and given me control over their approvals. It’s a win-win situation, and we don’t have to worry about attendance during an important event since the clock feature is also available to accurately calculate it later. Timesheets have been amazing overall.
Cons
I wish the time stamps allowed me to see the moment you started and stopped a timer, rather than simply the total time. I occasionally forget to pause or stop a timer, so it continues to run in the background.

Pros
We have been able to manage staff time and report successfully thanks to timesheets. It is incredibly simple to set up and configure. It works well for tracking spending and PTO. Having the ability to restrict access based on IP address is a game changer since employees can’t clock in or out if they’re not in the office.
Cons
There arent many drawbacks, but they do lack a mobile app. Although Timesheets has a mobile-friendly website, a separate mobile app would be a wonderful addition.

“It offers a valuable experience at an economical cost.
Pros
The mobile app allows my foremen to enter their time whenever it is convenient for them, and I see their updates right away. I am able to assess their entries and edit them if theres a significant time gap. Ultimately, it has simplified my work by a huge margin since I dont have to scroll through endless Excel sheets anymore. I also use the reports feature to instantly calculate payroll hours.
Cons
I cannot honestly complain about Timesheets.com. I just have some suggestions that Id like to see added to the software. One thing Ive asked for is to include a line item on their reports for "Payroll By Account Code" that shows the date range. This addition will save me more time.

Pros
Appreciate being able to download timesheets, it makes tracking my hours simple and helps when I need to report to management. The interface is user-friendly and training new people on it is not that difficult.
Cons
The timing feature could use some work. While it's nice to track total hours worked, I really wish it showed actual clock times like when I started and when I stopped, rather than just the duration.

It is not hard to use. I jumped right in without needing any training. Adding new labels or companies is easy and I can start logging billable hours immediately. What I appreciate most is the flexibility in exporting data. While I primarily use PDF and Excel formATs, having multiple options is great.
Cons
The interface feels pretty outdated and bland. Definitely needs a design refresh. When writing hour descriptions, there's no way to properly align paragraphs which is frustrating. PDF exports are a mess and look unprofessional. I've run into issues multiple times trying to export data to Excel because the information often comes through incomplete.

“Customer support isn't good anymore
Pros
Pricing is pretty reasonable for what you get. Being able to track employee hours while also allocating time to specific jobs and projects has been really helpful for our workflow. We haven't tried other platforms to compare but this does what we need.
Cons
Customer support has really gone downhill since we first started using this. The setup team was fantastic and super helpful initially but now that we've expanded and need more guidance, getting help feels like pulling teeth. We're trying to figure out how to integrate it with our project managment software but the support staff doesn't seem very motivated to assist us anymore.

Pros
Clocking process is amazingly simple. I can punch in and out right from the main login page without jumping through extra hoops. The interface is clean, organized and super user-friendly to navigate.
Cons
Nothing really bothers me about this, it goes beyond what I expected and gives me everything I need for clocking in/out plus helpful insights into my work hours.
