Pros
GPs tracking feature is amazing and being able to access everything from our phones makes managing our team of 20 so much simpler.
Cons
The reports weren't as user-friendly as we'd hoped for.

Pros
The timesheet feature works decently enough though I've seen better options out there. It gets the job done but doesn't really stand out from other similar tools I've used.
Cons
I find it pretty mediocre compared to what else is available. There are definitley other applications with more robust features that outperform this one.

“Helps track my work hours
Pros
I use this for tracking my hours at work. Getting into the system is simple plus I believe once payroll signs off on my timecard, it automatically goes to Paychex. This tool works great for companies of any size because of how simple and automated everything is. The mobile interface is really handy when I need to update my timesheet or expenses while I'm away from the office.
Cons
What I don't like is the pricing for bigger companies as it is expensive compared to developing something internally. Would be nice to have confirmation emails when timesheets get submitted. Also better integration with Paychex would help since right now I have to go to their site to check previous pay submissions.

Pros
It's quick and dependable plus logging work hours is easy.
Cons
The system could really use some enhancements. Automatic sign-in would save time and having it remember previous inputs for suggestions would make everything much faster and more convenient to navigate.

This app has really simplified my daily routine. Since I need to track office hours every day for work, it's been much more convenient than doing manual entries. The new synchronization features between tablets and smartphones are particularly helpful.
Cons

Appreciate how simple this system is to navigate. Tracking hours and logging time for different jobs can be a real headache when you're dealing with complicated interfaces. This one is user-friendly for people of all ages who need to use it.
Cons
The only downside I can think of is that it operates as a standalone website rather than being integrated directly into our workplace system. It would be more convenient if it was built into our existing infrastructure.

I love how simple it is to monitor employee time tracking and billable hours. The smartphone sync feature works great and being able to restrict GPs locations to office areas is super helpful. Checking my own clock-in and clock-out times has become effortless making sure I'm properly billing for my official work hours.
Cons
It should be a bit simpler and I'd love to see an auto sign-in feature added. Also think the hour tracking could be more precise and there's room for additional functionality overall.

Cons

The formatting is user-friendly and there is nothing complicated about it. Having a mobile version means I can quickly check things even when I'm not at work. The web version was straightforward to use. I really appreciated being able to request recurring days off, it makes maintaining a consistent weekly schedule much simpler without needing constant memos or email reminders. Checking time in and out to calculate hours is incredibly easy for employees which is especially helpful when monitoring overtime. What I love most about the timesheets is how visually appealing and clean the format looks.
Cons
The app doesn't seem to have fingerprint login which would make signing in much more convenient. Beyond that, I can't think of any features I'd want changed. I do hope they keep rolling out regular updates and format improvements to stay current with trends and make things easier to use.

What I really appreciate is how simple it makes tracking work hours and monitoring projects at different stages. Setting up resources with various pay rates is not hard and the automated report generation saves tons of time. The overtime tracking feature is particularly useful when we need to bill those hours separately to clients.
Cons
This tool has some limitations that we've run into. It works fine for smaller teams but scaling becomes an issue once you reach a certain size. The KPI tracking for projects could use improvement, things like comparing actual versus targeted hours and costs aren't as effective as they could be. Also, the enterprise licensing gets pretty expensive.

Pros
I can track time hourly or daily, and the monthly reports are really helpful for keeping employees on track with their schedules. Being able to access it from any device is convenient and the reporting features are excellent.
Cons
Pricing is a bit high when you compare it to Jira's timesheet features. Sometimes users get too many automated reminder emails which can be annoying.

I have been genuinely impressed by the GPS tracking in the timesheets, it's been crucial for verifying exactly where our field staff clock in and out, and that gives me real reassurance about the accuracy of our records.
Cons
What frustrates me is that the customer module won't allow our crew to tag customers to their daily tasks via the mobile app, and that's very annoying because assigning customers on the go is precisely what I need it to do.
