I find this tool quite user-friendly. Getting up and running was so easy and clocking in and out couldn't be simpler. The message board at the top where team members can share their accomplishments really adds a nice positive touch to the whole experience.

Cons

The time-off request process can be pretty frustrating and complicated. Also the dashboard layout feels a bit scattered and hard to handle at first.

The pretax pay projection feature is particularly useful when I'm planning schedules and budgets. I can also easily monitor lunch break durations, overtime hours and other essential details that help me stay compliant.

Only minor issue is having to manually type "am" or "pm" when using 12-hour time format though switching to 24-hour format solves this completly.

I'm really impressed by how simple it makes tracking time, tasks like creating invoices and logging expenses take only a few minutes. My accounts feel well-protected, which helps me relax a bit when I'm handling the books. As someone who isn't very tech-savvy, I like that producing invoices and figuring out taxes here is surprisingly simple. The entire setup is excellent for tracking hours, billing clients and covering basic accounting tasks. It has proven dependable for keeping our small business tidy and honestly, anyone could learn to use it without much training.

The cost is on the high side for small companies like ours , we simply couldn't make the numbers work. I also noticed the invoicing and accounting tools are fairly basic which is maddening when you're expecting an all-in-one platform. New users especially struggle with using it and that was true for members of our team who aren't tech experts. When I compare this to other time-tracking apps I've tried, it comes off as awkward and not very user-friendly. We wrestled with it for weeks before deciding it wasn't suitable. In the end, the overall complexity made it impractical for both internal workflows and anything client-facing.
