I can quickly adjust roles and monitor staff behavior plus the software really boosts efficiency and reliability. Checking employee hours for payroll is simple and saves me time.

Most of my team struggles with doing additional tasks through the system. Plus if I don't stay on top of managing it regularly, things get much harder to control and update down the road.

The layout can be pretty confusing when you're just starting out. It is a bit complicated to figure out where everything is and how all the different features work together.

Appreciate how employees can review and adjust their own time entries and it takes so much pressure off the management team. Honestly if you can't trust your staff to make the right adjustments, then maybe they shouldn't be there in the first place.

Can't stop a break once it's started by mistake. The end break button gets grayed out until you hit the minimum time that management sets up.

It tracks what my team is up to with all the different settings. The PTO and mileage features are absolutley fantastic.
