Although this platform offers numerous features, I primarily use it to track my own time spent on each task for project management. However, it also fulfills my requirements for contractor scheduling and provides budget vs. cost reports.

I enjoy customizing the page menu and tracking project time.
Cons
I feel the app could be clearer. For instance, employees should be able to see directly in the menu (View, Projects) when they have taken vacation or time off. The vacation and absence calendar could also be more intuitive because at times it is challenging to assign the points accurately.

My favorite feature is the easy way to record working hours and project time, especially since I need to keep an eye on my team.
Cons
I believe there is room for improvement with the absence display. When vacation requests are made, the calendar view does not clearly show who is absent and when. It would be beneficial to integrate vacation requests into a standard vacation planner, especially for company management.

TimeTrack is highly intuitive and user-friendly. It has significantly improved our time tracking and vacation planning. We get a clear overview, even with varying work hours and vacation days among employees. We can set daily work goals for each employee and input different vacation types, like half days or special leave. Unnecessary functions can be hidden to keep the interface uncluttered. We tried TimeTrack based on our IT departments recommendation. The free trial version was fantastic for getting a feel for how it works. Its simple structure and ease of use were impressive. The deciding factor for purchasing was Kilians support. He consistently answers even the most basic questions and is open to constructive feedback, which is rare these days. Usually, companies just tell you to adapt, but that is not the case here. We really like it and feel comfortable with the service.
Cons
There are always areas that need improvement and further development. I will not go into specifics here, but I do want to note that all suggestions and criticisms were taken seriously and forwarded for review.

Pros
I find the weekly view for recording working hours, generating reports and performing analyses to be outstanding. The interface looks great, management is smooth and administration is pretty simple. Customer support is excellent and the developers actually consider optimization suggestions.
Cons
The software is not fully optimized yet for managing larger projects, customers or employees. Moreover allocating rights can still be somewhat cumbersome.

Pros
After just a brief training session, we quickly got a handle on setting up and using the time recording system. Our employees did not need a lot of training as the software is quite intuitive. The support team is fantastic as they are friendly and very attentive. The overview of our activities is excellent and we can set individual access rights for each employee.
Cons

My favorite feature is the project time tracking. I always have a clear overview of my projects. In the past, we often exceeded our project budgets and timelines, but that is no longer an issue. We always know exactly where our money and time are going. And that is just one of the many great features TimeTrack offers. It is truly fantastic!
Cons
The software comes with a wide range of features. In the beginning, using TimeTrack can feel overwhelming, but its not as difficult as it seems. They have added videos and info boxes to assist with first-time use which makes a big difference.

What I love most about this software is how simple it is to use. The features are very nicely explained, with helpful explanatory videos guiding you through the entire setup process. If you have any questions, the developer responds quickly and resolves issues efficiently. I would definitely recommend this software.
Cons
I felt a bit overwhelmed by all the features initially, but since they introduced the guided help, everything has become much clearer!
