Although this platform offers numerous features, I primarily use it to track my own time spent on each task for project management. However, it also fulfills my requirements for contractor scheduling and provides budget vs. cost reports.

Cons

The software boasts a wide range of features, which can be a bit overwhelming when getting started. However, the documentation and support provided are relatively straightforward to follow.

I find it easy to create invoices and manage my employees time with this software.

Cons

I have not encountered any major issues, though I occasionally make mistakes. However, the support team has always been able to help me out afterward.

I really like the simple and speedy setup, the simple operation and management and the excellent support.

The holiday entitlement is calculated based on the date of entry rather than the calendar year which is not great.

App needs to be clearer for employees, similar to the browser version

I enjoy customizing the page menu and tracking project time.

I feel the app could be clearer. For instance, employees should be able to see directly in the menu (View, Projects) when they have taken vacation or time off. The vacation and absence calendar could also be more intuitive because at times it is challenging to assign the points accurately.

Working hours Attendance

Pros

My favorite feature is the easy way to record working hours and project time, especially since I need to keep an eye on my team.

Cons

I believe there is room for improvement with the absence display. When vacation requests are made, the calendar view does not clearly show who is absent and when. It would be beneficial to integrate vacation requests into a standard vacation planner, especially for company management.

The easiest and most convenient time tracking

Pros

Tracking time is simple, pretty easy, and offers excellent value! I have tested various systems, but I always prefer going back to TimeTrack.

intuitive time tracking software with great customer support

Pros

TimeTrack is highly intuitive and user-friendly. It has significantly improved our time tracking and vacation planning. We get a clear overview, even with varying work hours and vacation days among employees. We can set daily work goals for each employee and input different vacation types, like half days or special leave. Unnecessary functions can be hidden to keep the interface uncluttered. Plus, if I have questions, the customer support team is always responsive. Als they are knowledgeable and friendly

Cons

Honestly, I have no complaints. Customer service has always answered and resolved all my questions and issues.

Great support

Pros

We tried TimeTrack based on our IT departments recommendation. The free trial version was fantastic for getting a feel for how it works. Its simple structure and ease of use were impressive. The deciding factor for purchasing was Kilians support. He consistently answers even the most basic questions and is open to constructive feedback, which is rare these days. Usually, companies just tell you to adapt, but that is not the case here. We really like it and feel comfortable with the service.

Cons

There are always areas that need improvement and further development. I will not go into specifics here, but I do want to note that all suggestions and criticisms were taken seriously and forwarded for review.

Simple and fast time recording

Pros

I find the weekly view for recording working hours, generating reports and performing analyses to be outstanding. The interface looks great, management is smooth and administration is pretty simple. Customer support is excellent and the developers actually consider optimization suggestions.

Cons

The software is not fully optimized yet for managing larger projects, customers or employees. Moreover allocating rights can still be somewhat cumbersome.

Very clear and easy to use time recording

Pros

After just a brief training session, we quickly got a handle on setting up and using the time recording system. Our employees did not need a lot of training as the software is quite intuitive. The support team is fantastic as they are friendly and very attentive. The overview of our activities is excellent and we can set individual access rights for each employee.
