TimeTrack lets administrators generate QR codes for specific locations, such as construction sites or project offices, and place them at the worksite. Employees scan the code with their smartphones to record their working hours at that location. A specific project task can also be selected when the QR code entry is made.

TimeTrack’s project reporting records project hours and uses them to produce reports on project status, resource use, budgets, and costs. Managers can filter reports by project timeline, employee, project name, or client to examine specific assignments rather than reviewing the entire workforce. Reports can also be exported in CSV or Excel formats, including time tracking, variance, and resource reports.

This feature uses an AI algorithm to generate employee duty schedules from information such as employee skills, availability, work areas, time-off requests, and scheduling priorities. The system fills available shifts automatically and can account for applicable labor regulations when creating the schedule. Employees can then access their assigned shifts from their phones.

TimeTrack’s shift planner lets administrators create shifts by defining the work area, required skills, number of employees, working hours, breaks, and shift duration. It also displays employee availability, assigned resources, public holidays, and existing absences when planning schedules. Employees can view their schedules through the web or mobile app, request open shifts, or submit shift-swap requests.

The company organizational charts can be used to map employees into locations, departments, and sub-departments within TimeTrack. Administrators can assign department heads and define their roles, with one manager able to oversee multiple departments. The structure is useful for organizations with several offices or operational units where employee responsibilities need to be reflected in the time-management system.
