“flawed concept that slows computers

Pros

I haven't found this particularly helpful in my day-to-day work.

Cons

Ever since I installed the desktop timer, my computer runs slow because it constantly interacts with other apps to capture screenshots. The whole concept is flawed too, while companies think they're monitoring productivity, it actually creates the opposite effect and gives managers a false sense that there team is working hard. The system just tracks mouse and keyboard activity, so anyone can easily fool it with a simple mouse jiggler tool. When I weigh everything out, I honestly can't find any real benefits.

“Eye-opening for my workflow

Pros

It's great how this tool helps me organize my work into clear segments. Beyond just tracking hours for payroll purposes, it's made me much more conscious of where my time actually goes on each task which has been eye-opening for improving my workflow. The interface is very user friendly so everything loads quickly and makes sense right away. Honestly it's the most effective time tracking solution I've used.

Cons

I find myself dealing with constant updates though I suppose that's actually a good sign since they're working to make improvements.

“great insights, needs offline fix

Pros

I find the application-specific usage tracking incredibly useful & it gives me detailed insights into logged time and activity duration that I really value.

Cons

When my internet connection drops, the whole thing just stops functioning thats really needs a fix for this.

The time tracking feature is what really stands out to me and it's definitely the strongest aspect of this software.

Cons

I don't really have much to complain about but the constant notifications can get very annoying and overwhelming at times.

The mobile app works great and everything is really simple to use.

The reporting system could use some work.. right now when I download Excel reports, I can see data for all project participants instead of just my own stuff which isn't ideal for privacy.

I appreciate being able to track my productive hours and see which websites I visit regularly.

Cons

The timer won't start automatically when I launch it. I often have to refresh or restart the whole app to get it working.

Pros

I can easily monitor how I spend my time and which applications I'm using throughout the day. The data shows me exactly when I began working and tracks the periods when I stepped away from my desk.

Cons

Sometimes it doesn't register the work I'm doing which can be frustrating when tracking progress.

“bad for linux

Pros

Very helpful for keeping track of all my open tabs with detailed summaries and screenshots. Being able to manually add time entries is a nice touch too.

Cons

The app won't autostart on Ubuntu which is frustrating. Plus every time I switch between Linux and Windows, my time tracking gets messed up and it's off by 9 to 12 hours either way.

“Interactive but sometimes stops running

Pros

Interface is really interactive and makes managing my daily tasks easy. I can easily track everything I need to get done without any issue.

Cons

Sometimes the timer stops functioning but restarting the app usually fixes it.

“Good features but crashes on update

Pros

It automatically captures screenshots at set intervals which makes monitoring so much easier. The auto on/off functionality is incredibly helpful and the team reports it generates are crystal clear and easy to understand.

Cons

The app crashes whenever I try to update anything which is really frustrating. Also there's no way to view what tickets my team members are currently working on, making it hard to track progress.

“Works well for me

Pros

The fixed time target system really works well for me and I love how it automatically takes screenshots to track what everyone's doing throughout the day. Makes monitoring daily tasks so much easier.

Cons

I've noticed that when I step away from my desk for breaks or meetings, the time tracking sometimes stops on its own. It doesn't automatically resume when I get back to work so I have to remember to manually restart it each time.

“detailed tool with great support

Pros

I like how detailed this tool is for my daily tracking needs. Getting it up and running was easy without any complex setup and the interface feels really user friendly. Whenever I've had questions, there support team has always been responsive and helpful.

Cons

There were a couple instances where it just stopped working out of nowhere and sometimes it gets confused about which programs are running like thinking Netflix was actually Chrome. But honestly their support team fixed both problems very quickly after I submitted a ticket.

“Smooth setup with occasional issues

Pros

Setting up my account and linking it to our business went smoothly without any hiccups. The interface is pretty simple so I didn't struggle to figure out how to navigate around. The timesheet and summary sections give me really accurate logs of everything, which is exactly what I needed. Having screenshots automatically captured adds a nice layer of transparency to show what work actually got done. When I ran into problems, support was there to help me out.

Cons

It occasionally becomes completely unusable when connection issues arise which has happened a few times before. Updates come way too frequently and can be really annoying to deal with. I've also noticed that Avast keeps flagging some of the program files as threats, even though they're probably false positives.

“Helps me plan realistically

Pros

I am really getting better at staying organized and tracking where my time goes. It's made me much more conscious about how long projects actually take, which helps me plan more realistically for future work.

Cons

The desktop version doesn't work as well for me. I'd rather keep it running in Safari or Chrome since the web version gives me better control over everything!

“reliable with clear reports

Pros

Works reliably without any server crashes. Love the monthly reports that break down working hours with such a clear dashboard. The timesheet feature makes it easy to analyze total hours logged for projects over different time periods.

Cons

I honestly can't find anything to complain about when it comes to monitoring project hours and it does exactly what I need it to do.

“Easy monitoring but frequent freezing

Pros

I can easily monitor what's happening with my projects, and the screenshot feature really helps me see exactly what I'm working on. The automatic start and stop function is great, no more worrying about forgetting to hit the timer. The interface is friendly and integrates smoothly with other tools.

Cons

Server connection keeps dropping and the system frequently freezes up on me.

“easy but lacks accountability

Pros

Very easy to use, no unnecessary complications whatsoever. You can easily input your tasks just like writing in a notepad and the real-time functionality is fantastic!

Cons

The clocking system has some issues, employees can pretty easily mess with their hours without managers catching on which isn't great for accountability.

The dashboards and all the user features are easy to access. I can't compare the ease of use to anything else, it's just that good!
