Pros
I've been using this program for our employees for over 2 years now and it's been fantastic. The staff is helpful and makes everything simple to use. What I love most is how simple the processing is, and finishing tasks is even smoother. Honestly I'd be shocked if anyone had problems with this platform, it just works really well.
Cons
I can't really pinpoint any major issues with this tool. It lets me check employee birthdays and manage internal HR inquiries through the app. Our HR department would love better integration with Microsoft apps though and they want more ways to connect with staff, like scheduling features and recognition tools.
