Setup process was very easy, picking a plan didn't require any technical expertise and I appreciated being able to double-check everything on the confirmation screen before finalizing.
Cons
Initially had some glitches where life insurance wouldn't display immediately but it showed up after about a week.

Pros
Having everything centralized makes managing HR responsibilities so much easier for our small team of about 20 people. The variety of tools available really helps align daily tasks and keeps everything organized in one spot.
Cons
only thing I think could be improved is the PTO request section. It would be nice to integrate it with Microsoft calendar to make it easier for all employees to see who's off, rather than having to log in every time.
