Zenefits does an outstanding job of organizing and explaining important compliance and other HR matters. Among the HRIS systems I've used, Zenefits payroll is by far the most user friendly. As my firm continues to grow we have confidence in our partnership with Zenefits to keep everything running smoothly.

Cons

The wait time on the phone could be improved.

“One Stop HR Solution

Pros

Zenefits makes payroll processing and new hire onboarding a breeze. It also keeps all employee records in one place, eliminating the need for paper.

Cons

They previously had a support phone number that connected you to a live service representative. I wish they would reintroduce that feature or perhaps introduce an online chat or talk function where you can communicate with a live person. Many questions can be addressed online or through well prepared learning videos or written content, and service inquiries are typically resolved within 1 or 2 business days.

As a small office with limited resources and expertise for HR related tasks, Zenefits makes it easy, allowing us to spend less time worrying about the small things.

Sometimes, I wish their customer response time was a bit quicker.

The bank information doesn't transfer to Paychex. However, this may be an issue with Paychex rather than Zenefits.
