Pros
When I needed help the most, Mandy handled my claim exceptionally well. She was professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with real enthusiasm. I truly appreciate Grange Insurance for providing that level of service during such an important time. Definitely 5-star support and service and I'm very thankful for the help.

Pros
Getting my claim taken care of through it was a really positive experience, thanks to claim representative Nick Rogers and field adjuster Brandon Kelly. From the moment I filed the claim to setting up the inspection and receiving payment, everything was wrapped up in less than a week and the whole process felt hassle-free. Brandon coordinated directly with my roofing contractor which made things much simpler since all I had to do was talk with Nick and arrange the inspection. I've heard about neighbors with other insurance companies having similar claims denied so I'm even more thankful for how well Grange handled mine. I'd absolutely recommend it.

Pros
You hope you never have to deal with your insurance company but whenever the need comes up, Grange has been attentive, quick to respond and clear in their communication. The adjuster assigned to our claim was professional, thorough and kept us updated through every step of the process. I really have no complaints.
