Getting my claim taken care of through it was a really positive experience, thanks to claim representative Nick Rogers and field adjuster Brandon Kelly. From the moment I filed the claim to setting up the inspection and receiving payment, everything was wrapped up in less than a week and the whole process felt hassle-free. Brandon coordinated directly with my roofing contractor which made things much simpler since all I had to do was talk with Nick and arrange the inspection. I've heard about neighbors with other insurance companies having similar claims denied so I'm even more thankful for how well Grange handled mine. I'd absolutely recommend it.
