The layout is well organized and simple to manage. It's also really helpful that we're able to upload client photos.
Cons
The system still allows duplicate client records to be created when the client is already in it so that definitely needs attention. Also, the LSA reports take far too long to load.

Being able to communicate with our partner agencies right away and work together in the same case file has been the biggest benefit of using Charity Tracker. It has completely changed how we refer clients and connect them with resources through our partner network.
Cons
The one area I've struggled with has been getting in touch with the network administrator. It's been hard to get answers to my questions even after leaving voicemails and sending emails without a response. I'm interested in upgrading to Charity Tracker Plus but I still haven't been able to reach the administrator about it. Since I'm also new to the organization, I haven't been able to locate our account details online either, like what we're currently paying or how long we've been members.

“community referrals that really help”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits is being able to quickly find community resources to refer clients to which helps us connect them with the most appropriate support available where they live. It also makes it easier to use local resources effectively so clients can get the best help possible. Another thing I appreciate is being able to view a client's previous referrals since that gives us better context and helps us decide which resource would be the best fit for them going forward.
Cons
The part I don't care for is having to work across several different platforms and software tools because it creates duplicate work for information we are already tracking in another system. We have not explored integrating CharityTracker with our other software yet but it is something we may consider later since it could end up being very helpful for our workflow.

“coordination made easy”
Pros
Working with it has made it much easier for us to coordinate with other community agencies while serving people. The reports it generates have completely changed how our volunteer teams and donors stay updated on the number of people we're helping. It also gives us a clearer way to monitor who is using our services which helps us connect them with other types of support and provide assistance in a more holistic way.
Cons
I just wish more agencies in our community were using CharityTracker.

“Love the cancel option”
Pros
Love the Cancel button. It really takes away the fear of entering data since they know they can back out if needed. Overall the wording throughout the system is clear and the way information is presented makes it simple for users to understand what they're seeing.
Cons
The biggest gap during our move to the system was the lack of one-on-one training. I also don't like that when you submit a help request, the confirmation email only says they received it and gives a ticket number but it doesn't include the original request text. If you've sent in several requests, it becomes impossible to tell which ticket number goes with which issue.
