easy to find information

Pros

Moving around the different screens feels very simple and finding the information I need doesn't take much effort.

Cons

At times, the screens can be slow to load which interrupts the flow a bit.

Doesn't require a lot of effort

Pros

Getting things done in it takes very little effort on my side. Entering client information is simple, pulling reports is quick and the case management features make it a strong fit for nonprofits of any size.

Cons

The only issue I have is with the demographics reporting. It won't let me run one report for multiple zip codes so I have to generate a separate report for each one.

helps us avoid duplicating services

Pros

It helps us avoid duplicating services when clients need assistance and it also makes it easier to connect with other agencies so clients can get the support they need.

Cons

I do wish there were a better way to stop duplicate client records. We had one case today where the same person was entered in the database four different times with the same birthday and instead of updating the existing file with a new address someone had created a brand-new record each time.

Pros

Being able to share information right on the home page and tailor reports to our needs has been really valuable.

Keeps logging me out

Pros

Generating reports for enrollments and services is definitely one of the more useful parts of CharityTracker.

Cons

It keeps logging me out right in the middle of entering information into HMIS.

Pros

Entering client services and interactions is fast and simple. I can add a note whenever I need more detail and if I skip it, the header still shows the key information clearly.

Community-wide client coordination

Pros

Being able to reach the entire network of service organizations at once about what our clients need has been incredibly valuable.

Uncomplicated design

Pros

Right away, the biggest plus is how simple it is. It gives you all the information you need without feeling overly complicated or packed with unnecessary extras.

Cons

The reporting could definitely be improved. It sometimes takes a while to come back and the results are not as clear as I would like.

Reliable performance

Pros

From day one, it has done exactly what it promises. Our organization can keep track of every patient efficiently and we're able to document and apply what we did for each patient without delays.

Cons
