Allows searching for a specific individual

Pros

Being able to search for a specific individual is really useful and makes the software very helpful to work with.

I've noticed that the same individual can end up with two separate accounts.

Pros

It turned out to be exactly what our community needed while coordinating efforts across agencies and nonprofit organizations. It really helps keep communication clear and makes it much easier to organize and share resources.

Their team is always available

Pros

Getting around the software feels pretty user-friendly and the customer service team is always available whenever help is needed.

Cons

The reporting tools can be a bit tricky to locate and that part gave me more trouble than expected. Still, customer service is very responsive and does a good job walking you through it.

Ability to post bulletins for our partners

Pros

One of the most useful parts is being able to post a bulletin that goes out right away to all of our partners when someone needs help quickly. It's also really nice to get those bulletins by email and have the chance to step in and offer support wherever I can.

Cons

It would be even more valuable if more of our community partners used it consistently and that includes us on our side too.

Absolutely love it

Pros

Running a small rural organization, we were pretty new to data management and outcome tracking so having a tool like Charity Tracker+ has been a huge help. The platform is incredibly simple to work with, the interface feels clean and polished and there's a ton of flexibility to customize it however you need. Most importantly, the data we need is available within just a few clicks. It has saved us HOURS every month compared with trying to pull everything together from spreadsheets. We absolutely love it.

Cons

The system was built with multiple organizations in mind, while right now we're operating as a network of one. Because of that, we've had to adjust a few things to make it fit the way we track our information. Even so, it's still the best platform I've ever worked with.

One of the best parts of Charity Tracker is having access to a knowledge base built from other charitable organizations. The sharing network is also really useful and the reporting features have been a big plus.

Right from the start, it felt very simple to use. The interface is clean and clear so everything is simple to locate and get familiar with quickly. On top of that, it has helped bring our community together and made communication much better, with an amazing tracking system that works really well.

Pros

Getting started with this product has been very simple and it has worked really well for our organization. The training has been excellent and their support team has been just as helpful.

Lets us confirm a person's eligibility

Pros

Being able to quickly confirm a person's eligibility, along with everyone else in the household, has been really helpful. It also makes it fast to check when someone last received support like commodities, senior boxes or emergency assistance.

Cons

Two computers can't both access the system unless we pay an extra fee. There are also times when information on individuals gets entered incorrectly at other locations and we're unable to fix those errors ourselves. Instead, we have to reach out to CharityTracker to have the corrections made.
