This software is quite simple and easy to use with plenty of customization options to meet anyone's needs.

Cons

I feel like they charge a lot more for this product. Maybe because it is actually really that good. But the issue is that the price is too high for small business.

I like Charity Tracker user friendly interface and easily accessible features. Plus it provides detailed reporting and analytics that help nonprofit organizations track their progress and make decisions based on data.

We conducted a trial run for the nonprofit I manage and are now ready to purchase the software. It includes everything we require for our mental health program from assessments to client intakes to signatures.

Charity Tracker delivers accurate information quickly which allows us to identify anyone who might be repeating data to access additional services, which eventually helps me assist customers more efficiently.

It is frustrating that I cannot quickly create reports and I also cannot return to the tab without starting over and re-entering and editing the data.

When clients come to us seeking funds for different needs, I can quickly identify who has supported these requests in the past including the amount, date and organization. Also this allows us to use our funds in a better manner to assist those who genuinely need help, rather than those who may be taking advantage of charitable resources.

I wish all charities and organizations used Charity Tracker software so it could be more universal. Well I am not sure how the company could address this but it is a little wish or you can say concern.

Charity Tracker user interfaces across multiple platforms make tracking much simpler and allow for better management and measurement of data. It also improves communication among members.

There are many features we have not used yet and it is fault from my side but I feel like they have the potential to be helpful.

Having a real-time view of where contributions are going makes this software incredibly valuable. The information feels direct, unfiltered and genuinely essential especially in today's economy when most donors are giving carefully rather than from surplus.

Honestly there isn't much to complain about. The nonprofit world and charitable giving overall often lack strong oversight which leaves room for misuse. This software gives donors detailed, honest information that helps each contribution go further and create more impact.

Honestly there's nothing positive I can say about it. This product really feels like it shouldn't exist because it seems to take advantage of charities instead of helping them.

They only review a small number of charities and those seem to be selected based on their own arbitrary decisions. On top of that, they charge a fee for it.

Running a nonprofit myself, this has been a really valuable tool. It lets me keep track of events from my phone and it also helps my team stay coordinated with our clients without much hassle.

Cons

I'd just like to see a bit more flexibility on mobile so the page doesn't keep resetting.

Since it runs online, it ended up being an ideal match for how our organization operates. Having something simple to use and giving our remote team the freedom to work from anywhere was a top priority especially since we were already working remotely before the pandemic. When the "pro" features were introduced, it made the platform even more valuable for us. One of the biggest benefits in the pro version is the texting feature which lets us reach all of our clients with the push of a button. We just type out the message, reminder or whatever needs to be sent and send it off. If a client only has a landline, the system reads the message aloud to them. That feature is genuinely impressive.

Cons

Looking ahead, I'd still like to see a cleaner interface and maybe something a bit more user-friendly but honestly that doesn't take away from how well the platform works overall.

Back when our agency was relying on a basic database to manage funding and client records, working in coordination with other agencies really wasn't an option. Since moving to Charity Tracker, we've been able to collaborate with another non-profit and do a much better job of managing our charitable funds responsibly. Having accurate information available when we need it has made a huge difference. Charity Tracker is very user-friendly and the search function along with the range of reports has been especially helpful when it comes to analyzing our data.

Cons

One report we needed on a weekly basis wasn't included in the software at first. Thankfully, the Charity Tracker development team stepped in and built that custom report for us.

Working with other human service agencies in the area feels really simple with this software. Sharing information is easy and it makes coordinating services for individuals much more efficient.

Cons

I honestly don't have any complaints about the software. It's incredibly simple to use and I feel confident about its security.

“Citywide coordination that really works”

Pros

When our community's emergency assistance groups needed to coordinate on utility bills that were too large for any single organization to cover, CharityTracker gave us a practical way to work together. We could see what other organizations were contributing which made it possible to cover the full past-due balance along with reconnection fees and actually get someone's service turned back on. It also helped us keep track of other kinds of assistance being provided and the system could be customized to fit what we needed. I've since moved into a different role so it was exciting to learn that my new organization will also be using the same citywide system to track assistance for people recovering after a disaster.

Cons

The platform is very compliance-focused which is good because it makes sure permissions are properly captured and the privacy of the people receiving help is protected. That said it felt a bit less flexible than our own internal system, where we didn't have to deal with the same data-sharing requirements.

Checking up on the charities I was researching was very simple. The site also provided a detailed explanation of why each charity earned its score. I'd definitely recommend it.

I didn't run into any problems with the site and have no complaints.
