“CharityTracker is awesome!

Pros

This software is quite simple and easy to use with plenty of customization options to meet anyone's needs.

Cons

I feel like they charge a lot more for this product. Maybe because it is actually really that good. But the issue is that the price is too high for small business.

I like Charity Tracker user friendly interface and easily accessible features. Plus it provides detailed reporting and analytics that help nonprofit organizations track their progress and make decisions based on data.

It is not a mjor concern but design could be a bit cooler. That is all I have to say.

We conducted a trial run for the nonprofit I manage and are now ready to purchase the software. It includes everything we require for our mental health program from assessments to client intakes to signatures.

Charity Tracker is a bit expensive if you need many users but I believe the investment is worth it for the time saved.

“An okay experience with CharityTracker

Pros

Charity Tracker delivers accurate information quickly which allows us to identify anyone who might be repeating data to access additional services, which eventually helps me assist customers more efficiently.

It is frustrating that I cannot quickly create reports and I also cannot return to the tab without starting over and re-entering and editing the data.

“Adds accountability for everyone

Pros

When clients come to us seeking funds for different needs, I can quickly identify who has supported these requests in the past including the amount, date and organization. Also this allows us to use our funds in a better manner to assist those who genuinely need help, rather than those who may be taking advantage of charitable resources.

Cons

I wish all charities and organizations used Charity Tracker software so it could be more universal. Well I am not sure how the company could address this but it is a little wish or you can say concern.

“Helpful for religious organizations

Charity Tracker user interfaces across multiple platforms make tracking much simpler and allow for better management and measurement of data. It also improves communication among members.

There are many features we have not used yet and it is fault from my side but I feel like they have the potential to be helpful.

I use this for my nonprofit clients and it is an excellent tracking tool. I also like that it is user friendly and easy to navigate even for someone who isn't very tech savvy.

The aspect I liked most about Charity Tracker software is its case management functionality, which I find easy to use.

What I like the least is that not all organizations use it sadly.

No issues to report as I feel Charity Tracker is the best.
