From the first setup onward Cryoserver has been incredibly valuable for handling our clients email archiving needs. It makes archiving and retrieving emails painless, fast and efficient. Moving over existing archives is very easy too and getting new clients started when they don't already have an archive is quick as well. Another big plus is their support team as they're responsive, knowledgeable and friendly which has made the setup process much more manageable. On top of that the integration with M365 gives clients convenient access to their archives through single sign-on.

Pros
Using it has been a really great experience for us and our clients. It's a secure, user-friendly email archiving solution that has covered our archiving needs without any difficulty. The interface is simple to handle and the search and retrieval tools are simple to work with as well. On top of that, the customer support from Robin, Merlin and the wider Cryoserver team has been exceptional. I've honestly never come across support at that level before and it's obvious that Cryoserver truly cares about customer satisfaction. We're absolutely satisfied.

Pros
Working with it from the admin side, the biggest plus was how helpful the support team was. I was a bit confused about getting it set up in Microsoft 365 because the customer was going through a migration at the time but they guided me really well and helped me get everything configured properly for the customer.
Cons
The setup can be a little tricky if you're not fully sure what you're doing but the support team is very helpful and makes it much easier.
