“Quick upload and sending process

Pros

love how simple it is to upload a document, insert signatures, dates and other fields and then quickly send the completed file on to the end user afterward with no fuss.

Cons

I often don't know how to mark a document as final once I've finished editing it which leaves me unsure whether it's been properly locked or sent.

“Secure, polished and free to try

Pros

Getting up and running was easy and I could try it at no charge with three documents each month. The interface is really attractive, modern and polished and since it's SOC-2 compliant I feel it's secure enough for my business.

Cons

The first time I used it I accidentally made the signature field a bit too small which was annoying but the next attempt I fixed it so it didn't end up being a major issue.

Using the platform felt easy from the start and the features are implemented well which made completing tasks both easy and pleasant.

There's a lot happening for me around onboarding, notifications and emails which sometimes feels a bit overwhelming.

From my experience, it is extremely user-friendly and uploading different documents and sending them to clients for signatures feels quick and issue-free.

Honestly, I can't come up with any drawbacks, it has performed exactly as I anticipated.

I can't really point to many negatives. If I had to nitpick though, I'd say the color palette isn't to my taste and it doesn't quite appeal to me visually.

Being able to use it smoothly without needing help is something I really value and on the rare occasions I do reach out, the live chat support has been knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.

There aren't many things I would change beyond the trial limits, personally, I'd like to see more than five signature uses during the trial so I can test the features better.

The interface feels clean and easy to work with and the strong customer service only adds to the overall positive experience for me.

At one point my account disappeared for no reason and I'm still not clear on what happened.

What I really like is how easy the interface and initial setup are, everything was ready for me to follow and send to my clients. Also, having customers sign directly from their phones is a huge win in my book.

One thing that bothered me was that once I sent a contract I couldn't edit it when I noticed a small omission so I had to recreate the entire document from scratch, although the process to rebuild it was very quick and easy.

Honestly, I'm a fan of how easy the platform is to use. Uploading documents, placing text and initial or signature fields, then sending everything through felt very simple. I also appreciate getting alerts when someone opens or signs each file. For my needs it ended up costing me less than the other digital signature services I looked at.

Cons

At one point I ran into a problem with a document I uploaded where I was the only signer. It seemed like there wasn't a clear, user-friendly way for me to download or retrieve that file unless someone else was added as a signer.

“Convenient remote document signing

Pros

For my university club, I use it to have documents signed online. It's incredibly convenient since I'm off campus during the summer, I can quickly capture signatures, save the finalized files straight to my drive and then distribute them to the rest of our team without delay. This virtual workflow really keeps our club running smoothly when I'm away.

Cons

I wish there were more flexibility with the free tier. Being a college student, my budget is extremely tight and having more complimentary options or higher limits would make this service far more accessible to me and others in similar financial situations.
