“An upgrade that is incredibly user-friendly
Pros
The interface is incredibly user friendly and simple to navigate. Uploading files works perfectly and the customer support is excellent. I would say it is a definite upgrade over DocuSign.
Cons
It worked perfectly for what I needed and I did not face any problems. I only have a handful of documents that need signing, so it fit my situation well.

“simple with multiple signature styles
Pros
Everything is quick and pretty basic. Uploading documents is simple too, there are multiple signature styles to pick from and downloading completed files is just as easy we I expected.
Cons
The one part that slowed me down was having to create an account just to use the free trial. It made the whole thing take a bit longer than I'd hoped.

It is so convenient for getting residents to sign important paperwork from wherever they are, eliminating the need for in-person appointments.
Cons
Everything has been excellent so far. In my line of work in property management, we are constantly using documents and addendums for tenant approvals and acknowledgments and it handles it all.

Pros
SignWell platform has all the tools I need for getting documents signed and is much simpler than Adobe. I have been searching for an app like this to handle my various document needs.
Cons
Having a verified time stamp on the signatures would be a useful addition. I also want to be certain that the service is fully compliant with HIPAA regulations.

Pros
I was really impressed by how simple it was to upload files and send them for signatures. Plus the people receiving them can access everything without any trouble.
Cons
Well I dont have any real criticisms. The experience has been seamless and they provide several budget-friendly plans that let you test it out properly.

I love its simplicity and reliability. It does not have unnecessary features, just does its job quickly and effectively. Plus it is a perfect basic solution that can easily replace more expensive options unless you need specialized tools.
Cons
In my opinion the interface could use a few different style options and less minimal look might give a more professional, business-oriented vibe to both the user and the people receiving documents to sign.

SignWell platform was incredibly simple to figure out especially with the helpful tutorial videos for visual learners like me. The person signing also found it effortless and I loved that I could email them a copy directly instead of mailing a physical document.
Cons
It is a bit tough for me to say since my use has been pretty limited so far. If I do run into anything down the line, I will be sure to pass my feedback along to the team.

Pros
It offered all the necessary features in a clean layout that was easy to understand without being overwhelming. Sending documents was pretty easy too and my clients completed them without any issues. Overall I am very satisfied and really value the available free tier.
Cons
Initially I was not entirely clear on the difference between uploading a regular document and creating a template. I also was not sure what could be edited later but after playing around with it for a few minutes, everything became obvious.

Pros
The simplicity is the best thing of it. I used it for my previous business and even my clients preferred it over competing services.
Cons
I cannot think of any particular flaw with the platform itself. I did accidentally delete an old account and lost all my data but that was totally my own mistake!

Cons
I think it would be helpful to upload a document, make a small edit like adding a price to a standard text field and then send that updated version out for two people to sign.

Setting up the document was not a problem as I could easily arrange signature fields, data entry spots and the signing sequence exactly how I wanted.
Cons
I had to make a couple of small tweaks to my document which meant I needed to exit the platform, adjust the file and then upload it again. It was not a major problem, though.

What stood out most was the platforms clear and user friendly design. Every step from uploading documents to placing signature fields felt natural. Also the clean interface and ability to track when documents were opened and signed were especially useful.
Cons
The thing I found most limiting is that powerful tools like bulk sending and adding your own branding are locked behind the paid subscriptions. The free version is fine for occasional use but any team or company will likely have to upgrade pretty quickly to get all the necessary features.
