Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted my account and then couldn't recover the previously signed documents I had stored which was really frustrating.

Setting up documents felt easy to me and adding signature boxes while matching signers was fast, simple and completely issue-free.

To be honest, I don't see any unique codes attached to each signature like some other platforms provide, for example DocuSign which is a drawback for me.

My needs for e-signatures are fairly modest so I wanted a platform that was simple to operate and reliable (I didn't expect top-tier features) and that wouldn't bill me monthly for light usage. I discovered this tool met those requirements and really suited occasional signing needs

Cons

For power users of e-signatures I suspect it has some drawbacks. It almost certainly doesn't include every single Docusign capability.... however personally I don't need those advanced functions anyway for my workflow

I've been really impressed with this tool, its features are simple and simple to navigate. It's an excellent way for me to send contracts to clients and it gives me confidence while doing so.
