The layout is clean and easy to navigate. Its easy design made integrating it into our existing processes simple. I'm eager to dig into the available integrations.

Cons

One drawback I noticed is that once I send documents I can't edit them afterward.

“Fast learning and easy setup

Pros

Getting started was easy and I thought configuring signatures, initials and date fields was very simple. Normally I need a while to get comfortable with new software, yet this one was remarkably fast and simple for me to pick up and use.

I haven't run into any real problems with this tool up to this point but I do have one improvement to suggest: it would be helpful if I received an email notifying me when the signer finishes signing. So far the only notice I get is an email saying the recipient opened or viewed the document and there's no automatic message confirming that the signing was actually completed.

“Simple templates and clean fields

Pros

Really easy to set up and use! I'm using it for e-signatures and I appreciate being able to build reusable templates I rely on frequently. I enjoy that the text field lets people write as much as they need. I also appreciate how the input boxes for others line up neatly in the exact spots where you place them now.

Cons

it would be helpful for my team to include an option so the Name of an individual always appears in designated spots automatically, much like the checkbox feature that ties the date field to the date of signature when selected by the user on a form.

For me, the product is really user-friendly and lets me implement only the parts I actually need without extra bloat!

Downloaded it for free and gave the trial a go and I found it solved an immediate need.

Regarding notifications, I'm not sure whether I can tweak and pick exactly which alerts I want to receive and because of that my email inbox can quickly get flooded with unnecessary messages or alerts I never wanted.

What bothers me is that the free tier blocks copying direct links, instead it only sends an automatically generated email asking clients to sign which limits how I share documents quickly and adds extra steps.

When a document doesn't deliver, the lack of an easy way to update a signer's email address in this tool became a real pain for me. Recently I had a client change their email without telling me and it messed up the sending process. Instead of being able to simply edit the recipient's address and resend, I was forced to create a whole new document for them to sign. It would make things much more flexible and cut down on needless extra steps if this tool added a easy way to change signers' email addresses when issues like this pop up.

Compared with other providers, the platform feels cheaper, simpler and easier for me to use, with clear instructions and no unnecessary complexity.

The branding and color palette probably hold it back, everything feels generic and a bit dull so it's easy to overlook or ignore. I only discovered your product by chance, I didn't even realize you were out there.

Uploading my file, marking name, signature and date fields and sending it out was extremely simple for me to complete in one smooth flow.

Testing this tool for free before committing gave me confidence and from my experience it's a great solution for independent freelancers who want powerful features without upfront costs.

When I uploaded a document, I found the process a bit confusing because the workflow splits the stages oddly. In my opinion, asking me to add the other signers at the very start doesn't make sense, I would prefer that the step for adding participants who need to sign comes later, after I've finished preparing the contract on my side.
