Being able to convert previously in-person legal documents into online forms has been a game changer for me, allowing families and clients to complete and submit everything digitally without printing or downloading anything.

We could really use the ability to make a checkbox question required so that respondents have to select at least one option before submitting. At the moment, you can only mark a specific individual checkbox as required but we want the whole question to be mandatory while still allowing people to choose any of the available boxes. We've had clients accidentally skip important questions and we don't want to force a particular answer, we just want a way to require an answer to the question itself.

Using the platform felt simple and efficient and I was able to get documents signed and finalized quickly across stakeholders. emails reach recipients almost instantly, signing is fast and I liked being able to fill placeholders myself when needed. The core features work very reliably for me.

The smart field detector wasn't very accurate yet as it picked up irrelevant lines like tables in my documents. However, I didn't really need that capability. I'm still getting used to this tool, for example, it would be helpful if I could create fields in bulk (such as putting initials at the bottom of every page for each signer). I couldn't make that work so I ended up adding those fields by hand.

Importing existing documents, adding signature fields, dates, checkboxes, or initials and sending them out is all very easy for me.

Honestly, repeating identical elements feels more tough than it needs to be. I would love the ability to create data elements once and then simply drag them into the form without having to reassign who the signer is or toggle whether a field is required.
