“Simple tool with exact features needed

I find this tool incredibly simple to use and it offers the exact functionality we were looking for.

“Fast and simple contract handling

When I needed a fast way to handle a contract I discovered SignWell through a quick web search. The whole process from setting up the document to getting it signed was really fast and simple for me to complete on my own. It took a task that usually feels glitchy and made it genuinely effortless.

Cons

There weren't any problems for me I was pleased to take advantage of the free trial and found everything easy.

Pros

I'm impressed by this app, it offers excellent value across both the free and paid tiers and features like signing reminders are really handy. In my experience it's a dependable system that makes collaboration simple. I strongly recommend it.

Cons

Personally I haven't found any real drawbacks, it might fall short compared to others in terms of features and integrations yet those alternatives typically cost me a lot more.

“easy for new users

Pros

As a new user I find Sign well really easy to use especially when I'm just getting my bearings.

Cons

I don't like that it adds an audit-trail document attached to the file after I finish signing.

We didn't run into any problems it did exactly what we needed by supporting multiple signatures.

“easy template creation and sending

Uploading a contract, converting it into a reusable template and sending it off to the people who need to review and sign is so easy, I really appreciate that. Since I've been onboarding clients on my own I've constantly been searching for user-friendly tools to keep my contract workflow organized. I feel lucky to have come across SignWell!

Cons

It would be really helpful if the monthly document allowance was raised from three to maybe five or seven documents. While I was exploring the free plan I didn't realize I'd already burned through my document quota for the month. Unfortunately I was only running personal tests to see how the signing flow operates and didn't expect to hit the limit so quickly. Now I'm stuck waiting for the monthly counter to reset before I can use my single template again which is frustrating.

I'm impressed by how simple it feels and by how easily I can collaborate with others while using it.

Honestly I don't have any complaints in my experience it's been great across the board.

Setup was quick and easy, in only a few simple steps I had a usable template ready to go.

I haven't found anything I dislike about SignWell up to now it's been smooth and meets my needs.

Pros

Creating a link is easy which I like. However it only lets me send it by email I'd really prefer being able to generate a link and share it via SMS, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger.

I find it less specific compared to SignNow overall.
