“flawless e-signature, easy to use

When I needed an electronic signature it performed flawlessly and was very easy to use.

Cons

Right now I don't have any issues I even managed to remove the white background so I really have no complaints.

It's very similar to other digital-signature tools I've worked with before and I was able to build documents with multiple signers and configure templates with ease.

Cons

I find the heavy manual work of positioning signature and input fields somewhat laborious and monotonous. I would like an automatic detection feature that could insert text boxes for us instead of requiring us to manually place every single box which would be especially helpful when initials are needed on each page.

For me the combination of a great API and competitive pricing was the main reason I selected this service.

However I'm frustrated that profile pictures must be managed through Gravatar, I don't think that approach makes sense for user profiles.

I find the app really simple to use and very easy and my clients can easily get through the signing process without confusion.

I experienced a bug where if a document failed to send, the app kept showing notifications saying it wasn't sent for several days afterward.

Having to upgrade to the paid version just to get a signing link surprised me because I had assumed that feature would come with the free version.

I think SignWell is extremely easy to use and very user-friendly, it lets my company and staff finish the signing workflow smoothly and with strong security, supports multiple signers and keeps tabs on document progress.

So far I haven't come across any problems while using SignWell, it has worked reliably for everything I've needed to do.

Well I liked that Signwell let me send documents that needed a social signature for free and it also sent me a notification as soon as the document was signed.

Cons

Overall I didn't run into any problems, for me, everything worked smoothly and without any hiccups.

Using this product felt surprisingly easy and it met all my needs. I was particularly pleased with how multiple documents could be combined into a single signature workflow and how simplely the color-coding showed which signatures were for each person

Wasn't sure how to edit a document after creating it even before the first signature was applied

Finding and placing signature fields is really simple, it's incredibly easy to use and arrange all the different signature boxes. I've found it to be one of the quickest tools I've ever used.

I've been using this tool with a range of business clients and prospects and what stands out to me is how flexible the platform is, how affordable it is and how fast their support responds. I've relied on it often for things like release forms, contracts and work-for-hire agreements and it's incredibly easy to use and fits into my workflow without any hiccups.

Cons

The only real drawback I can think of is that I can't upload documents directly from Google Drive or similar cloud services which would be a helpful addition to make things even more convenient for me.

it is simple and incredibly user-friendly making it really easy for me to sign documents and forward them to clients. After trying several other platforms, this one feels by far the most easy.

Up to now I find this tool to be the simplest and fastest e-signature solution I've used, particularly when I compare it with the big-name rivals. The interface feels thoughtfully laid out, with superior drag-and-drop fields and a more concise workflow to reach the signature step.

how fast and easy it was for me to pick up and navigate, love it!!. Plus, it lets me insert text into a document and choose whether I or my client can modify specific fields like boxes, dates, text entries and so on.

I wish the app would let me add images directly into my documents.

“smooth setup for urgent signing

When I urgently needed an e-sign solution, it showed up in a Google search and turned out to be one of the simplest e-sign tools I've used. I signed in with my Google account which made setup super smooth and in no time the document was sent off. It worked perfectly when I was in a rush and I also thought the pricing was very reasonable, exactly the kind of option we've been hoping to find.

At the moment I haven't come across any problems, the design feels very polished and the whole thing is really easy to use. So far there hasn't been a single issue I've noticed and everything has worked as expected for my needs.

From my experience this platform is really easy to use and easy, my tenants had a great experience and actually preferred e-signatures over paper leases.

I haven't run into any problems or downsides with this software so far.

In my use it's been very easy to navigate and closely mirrors other e-signature tools I've tried. The overall flow feels simple, so I'd recommend it to a friend and I like that it doesn't feel as corporate as DocuSign.

Honestly I'm unsure whether I can edit or amend a document after uploading because sometimes changes are needed later. It's frustrating that a credit is deducted even when the document hasn't been signed yet.
