“Affordable and easy setup with support
Pros
After researching many services I found most were too expensive, overly complex, or packed with features I didn't need. With this platform, I get exactly what I'm looking for in a easy tool and I really appreciated being able to speak with a real person who helped me set everything up quickly.

“Reliable platform for client contracts
Pros
For my work, I rely on this platform to send contracts to clients. The interface is simple, e-signatures work smoothly and it consistently gets the job done which is why I highly recommend it.

“extremely simple and fast setup
Pros
In my experience it's extremely simple and simple. Getting started took just minutes and I was able to send my first contract almost immediately which really impressed me.
Cons
It wasn't immediately clear to me that they'd automatically send email reminders to recipients who haven't signed right away. While I appreciate the feature, it surprised me and the reminders arrived at an awkward time, creating confusion because I had just told the other party I planned to update the contract before they should sign. That mismatch in timing made the whole situation feel a bit messy and required extra explanation.

“easy uploading with polished interface
Pros
Personally I find it very easy to use, from uploading documents to adding different field types and I like how polished the interface looks across mobile and desktop devices.
Cons
Right now I don't have any issues to report although I'd appreciate ready-made integrations, I see their API documentation is easy enough for me to build my own connectors.

Pros
Overall I'm impressed by how easy the tool is, allowing me to upload documents, send them for signatures without hassle and receive timely notifications as each person completes their part.
Cons
It would be really useful to include an offline mode so I can collect signatures from customers on a tablet when internet access isn't available, assuming that capability isn't already part of the app.

Pros
Using this tool has totally changed how I handle sending and signing Master Service Agreements (MSAs). Before, getting those vital contracts signed was such a pain - nonstop email loops, printing, scanning and running after signatures. Now, thanks to SignWell, I'm able to handle my MSAs with ease and no fuss from anywhere, more quickly.
Cons
Unfortunately I can't access custom branding until I upgrade to a paid business plan.

Pros
Overall it just feels easy and user-friendly with no complicated learning curve to slow us down. The fact that we can store absolutely everything digitally is what makes the biggest day-to-day difference as it organizes our entire process, cuts out the physical clutter and makes finding what we need almost effortless. It really has simplified things in the best way possible.
Cons
I feel the free tier doesn't quite cover everything I need. I suppose it is understandable though because it's complimentary. To make full use of the software I want I end up having to upgrade which can be a bit restrictive.

“Fast document setup with saved progress
Pros
During my time with it I found it incredibly easy to use and quick to get started, having a document ready for signing within minutes. When I had to replace a file due to a spacing issue most of my previous setup stayed intact which saved me a great deal of time.
Cons
Overall I don't have many complaints. One small thing I would change is that the signatures I draw feel a bit small when they are placed into the document and I'd prefer a larger look. Still I imagine they've tested this thoroughly and I'm aware that from a legal standpoint the exact display size probably doesn't affect validity so it's just a minor aesthetic preference.

“No learning curve for fast signing
Pros
From what I've seen there's no steep learning curve at all. The clean, uncluttered interface lets me upload a document and send it for signature in under a minute without needing tutorials or webinars.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints. My use case is simply sending documents for signature, sometimes to multiple parties and this tool handles that process easily and reliably for me.

“affordable templates for quick contracts
Pros
In my workflow obtaining documents like NDAs and contracts is fast and easy. I can create templates easily and the pricing is more affordable than many competitors which I really appreciate.
Cons
One thing I always warn free-tier users about is that if you create a template and then delete it because of a mistake it still gets counted against you. I'd also like to use the platform in French with some French partners but it doesn't seem to offer that option.

In practice figuring out each step was very easy for me from creating a document to getting a partner or contractor to sign. The clarity really stood out especially compared to other platforms that hide key steps.
Cons
At first I wasn't thrilled about the price I felt it could be priced a bit lower. That opinion hasn't completely changed though the service is competitive and offers features I truly value, simplicity, clarity and easy setup and navigation. It's a handy convenience and with this tool you really get what you pay for. It's worth the cost. As my business grows I'll definitely appreciate the pricing since contracts need signing all the time. So I'm comfortable keeping it as a business expense.
