“Simple setup with great templates

Pros

Setting up documents for my customers to sign and provide information is pretty simple. I especially love getting notified when they have opened and signed, plus the variety of templates available is really helpful.

Honestly I cannot think of a single thing I dislike about it, the simple design and the automated features are exactly what I love about it.

The mobile signing option is a game-changer for our team. Since we work with graduates nationwide, letting them verify employment quickly on their phones removes barriers and keeps our process moving efficiently.

One feature we found annoying is that the Get Link option gets disabled after you send a document out. In our workflow, we often need to resend a link directly to a graduate or employer if the first email gets lost or they need it sent to a different address.

Well I was genuinely taken aback by how problem-free using SignWell was. The whole platform was so easy to use that it did not require any instructions.

The simplicity and ease of use are what I like most. While other platforms like DocuSign are also simple, their pricing is not. But this one delivers all the same features at the best price.

For real I cannot name one aspect of the service that I dislike. When you stack it up against other expensive options, let me tell you this one gives you the most value for your money, without a doubt.

Uploading my own documents or creating templates is very simple. The document overview is also well-organized and my customers have given me positive feedback about their experience.

After using it for two months, I have not run into any significant drawbacks worth mentioning. It performs its job reliably and effectively.

We have not had any problems so far though we only use it for basic tasks. For example for simple signatures and adding text, it works perfectly well.

I can send automated reminders that appear to come from the platform rather than directly from me which lets me follow up with clients indirectly.

Honestly I dont have any complaints. The platform is incredibly easy to use and I got my first agreement sent out via email just a few minutes after signing up.

Everything is wonderfully simple and fast. As a solo founder, I uploaded my contract, placed signature fields and sent it out in minutes. Plus saving it as a reusable template made me appear professional without any legal or technical expertise.

I have not run into a single issue. The free tier is quite generous and fits my current business needs perfectly, without any hiccups or restrictions so far.

SignWell software is very easy to work with. All the functions work great, logging in is simple and adding signature fields is just as simple as I expected.

My experience has been entirely positive. For future improvements, maybe offering a Dutch language version and creating a mobile app would be great.

As a solopreneur this is exactly what I needed. I figured out the system quickly and was sending documents within 30 minutes of signing up. The combination of easy learning and affordable pricing is perfect.

Up to this point I really dont have any criticisms. My only wish is that the branding features were part of the entry-level plan but other than that, it's been flawless.

It would save a lot of time if there was a contact book to store client details. Right now I have to manually type names and email addresses every time I send an agreement to a repeat customer.

There is nothing I truly disliked. I will admit I messed up my first template a little but that was my own fault for not paying close enough attention to the setup instructions.
