“Quick, affordable, browser-based signing
Pros
To my surprise discovering this tool finally answered my question about how to sign documents quickly, affordably and through a reputable service. The process is so simple that I actually enjoy using it and I only need a web browser to get everything done.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints about this service, there's nothing I dislike about it at all.

“easy upload and notification flow
Pros
What stood out to me most was how easy the entire process felt. I simply uploaded my document, selected the signers, sent it out and received notifications once everything was complete.
Cons
At this point I can't spot any drawbacks the platform satisfied every requirement I had.

“Free solution for occasional signatures
Pros
As a small business owner I'm truly grateful that it's free since we only need e-signatures a few times a year. Not having to commit to a subscription saves us money and fits our needs perfectly.
Cons
There's nothing I would change, the app feels simple, has an excellent user interface, is easy to configure and operate and it's completely free which I really appreciate.

“clean workflow with automatic notifications

Honestly I found the core features easy and very clean to use, I uploaded my PDF, defined the signature and form fields for both myself and my client and the system automatically notified them to sign. I also appreciated that I could download a fully signed copy of the document for my own records and safekeeping.
Cons
The implementation is a little confusing which frustrated me when I tried to create a reusable template for multiple clients. My contracts are essentially the same, only addressed to different people or companies but I couldn't get the template to work the way I wanted it to so I could reuse it frequently. It may be that this capability is reserved for the paid plan though I couldn't verify that from my account.

“simple platform with fast turnaround
Pros
What really convinced me were the speedy turnaround times and how simple the platform is. Rolling it out to my team was easy and I didn't receive a single complaint or question from anyone after implementation. It fits easily into our workflows as an accounting firm and we rely on it heavily. In fact, I've reached out to support on occasion simply because the system was performing so well. I also appreciate that the app notifies me whenever someone signs a document and the overall turnaround has been outstanding.

for me it is the best option by far for sending and receiving electronically signed documents and the user interface is really simple and simple to get around.
Cons
that said I notice this tool doesn't include all the features other platforms offer but it does everything I need for signing and organizing documents flawlessly.

“simple core features at low cost
Pros
What I really appreciate about this platform is how easy it is to use, there's no guessing involved, you simply follow a few clear steps and you're done. If all you need is a basic tool to manage signatures, this app covers that need perfectly. I find that it offers the core capabilities you'd expect from its competitors but without the hefty price tag which is especially valuable for our nonprofit charity because we're constantly trying to cut costs.

Pros
Signing up and getting our first batch of documents out took almost no time, I was impressed by how quickly we could get started. The interface feels simple and logical once you start using it so it doesn't take long to figure things out. I can send new documents and nudge signers to finish their contracts in a flash.
Cons
The UI isn't as accessible as I'd hoped. I'd love to see the interface be more accommodating for users with disabilities perhaps by offering higher-contrast default themes, improved default text-size choices and smoother keyboard-only navigation so I don't have to rely on a mouse.

Honestly this tool is one of the simplest, most polished and user-friendly document-signing platforms I've come across. After using HelloSign and DocuSign heavily, I can confidently say it feels the most simple to navigate. The simplicity isn't just for me as the sender, the people on the receiving end find it easy to sign too. When I'm searching for a document-signing tool for my business, it consistently stands out and usually leaves me pleasantly surprised.

this tool is a real lifesaver. before I started using it getting documents signed was such a hassle but these days it's simple and quick. the interface is really simple and the security measures make me feel comfortable using it for important paperwork. on top of that features like templates and reminder notifications have been total game-changers for my workflow. if you feel swamped by forms and signatures give SignWell a try you won't regret it!
Cons
one improvement I'd love to see is an in-app contract editor so I could make edits directly inside the app instead of having to update the contract in Word, reconvert it to PDF and then upload it to sign. that extra round-trip wastes time. I would also welcome more e-signature style options because some of the current formats can be tough to use or read for people with dyslexia.

it is incredibly easy to use, there was no learning curve for me and pretty much anyone on my team can create and share documents. I also appreciate the variety of features it offers.
Cons
To my surprise the free tier only allowed three documents and after I hit that third one I had to move over to DocuSign which is why I stopped using it.

What stood out for me was that it offers a free tier so I was able to try the platform without any upfront cost. As my business continues to expand, I can choose to move to more feature-rich plans, allowing my expenses to grow in line with my revenue. That approach seems fair and beneficial for both me and Signwell.
Cons
The UI could use some ongoing polish and I wish there were a way to edit documents directly within the interface rather than using external tools.
