“Minor learning curve with trial
Pros
Recently I came across this software. I tested it on forms that need signatures and found the process much simpler and it certainly helped me cut down on paper. Now I only have to print the document one time after the other party signs it. It's more convenient for everyone involved. Thanks
Cons
Because I was only allowed to upload two files during the trial period, I'm not in a position to offer any real criticisms. For me the main hiccup was converting my documents into an uploadable format but that might just be user error since I'm still learning how the system works.

“convenient and fast interface
Pros
I found the interface extremely simple and it allowed me to get the job done really quickly.
Cons
For some people it will probably feel too basic and might not cover every use case they need. The free trial also only included a limited number of sends which prevented me from fully evaluating the service.

“Rapid signature placement
Pros
I'm thrilled that I can upload a document and send it off within minutes. With this tool, I can easily mark exactly where signatures, dates and other text should appear using just a click or two. The whole process is ridiculously simple.
Cons
At first I had to upgrade my account so I could send more documents in a single month than I had anticipated. That wasn't a big deal. Later though, when I tried to downgrade, I couldn't, the only choice I was given was to delete my account and re-register under a cheaper plan. What a disappointment.

“clean no-frills interface
Pros
What I appreciate most is the clean, no-frills interface that doesn't overwhelm with unnecessary features. The platform simply lets us accomplish exactly what we need, gathering digital signatures, cutting down on paperwork and keeping things easy to track. It was quick to roll out and we received personalized help whenever questions came up. Overall it's excellent value for what we pay.
Cons
So far I haven't run into any problems though I'd prefer to have native integrations built in rather than relying on Zapier for connections.

Pros
I've found this to be the only provider out there with a free tier! Beyond that, three things stood out to me about this tool. First, the layout is simple and simple to use. I never had to guess where to drop in a template or how to forward a contract to a client. It felt smooth and easy. Next, the ability to customize was great. In seconds I could tweak my agreement to match my branding. Lastly, receiving notifications about client actions proved really useful. And all of this comes on a free plan, truly!
Cons
Honestly things ran so smoothly for me that I haven't yet found anything I dislike. There are definitely other capabilities I want to try so I can form a fuller opinion. For now though, the tool meets my needs excellently.

this tool's interface is really simple so both solo users and companies can put together, send and sign paperwork without needing lots of training or tech skills. I'm able to follow the progress of documents I've sent in real time and get alerts when someone opens or signs them. Overall using it has felt smooth and hassle-free.
Cons
If I had to pick a single issue it's that organizations or users with very specific, technical, or advanced requirements might find this tool's current feature set somewhat restrictive especially when you compare it to more expensive competitors that provide a much broader selection of sophisticated, enterprise-grade capabilities.

To me e-signatures shouldn't be complicated and this tool really cuts down on the friction for everyone involved.
Cons
I wish there was an option to give text fields an opaque background because the text they overwrite shows through and makes things like updated dates unreadable.
