I appreciate how Signwell made it simple for me to get started and the free trial lets me access most features so I can learn the platform and figure out what value a subscription will provide.

It would be great if the free trial allowed me to create more than one template.

Right after signing into the program, I noticed the guidance was easy and simple to follow which made getting started much easier.

When I tried to log on, I ran into trouble figuring out the directions and ended up confused about how to proceed.

I'm finding this software really easy to use and I set it up through email without any issue. Adding fields to PDFs is easy and the notifications arrive promptly so I can confirm the status of documents. It's so much better than sending PDFs by email and asking people to print, sign and mail back copies.

Cons

For my very small business, the additional tools in higher plans are unnecessary so the 'Personal' tier is the one that actually fits my needs. I'd also like a different name than 'Personal' because it doesn't really describe my setup.

“Uploading contracts is simple and fast

Uploading a contract is incredibly easy and I can easily place signature fields and send the finalized agreement off to my clients.

Cons

I ran into a slight learning curve but it wasn't a big deal and it's also possible that any issues I had were due to my own mistakes.

It's simple to use and pretty simple overall and I really appreciate that I can attach several documents into a single file and send them together so the signee can sign everything at once.

I'd prefer more safeguards around the 'sign all documents' option because I would feel safer if there was an extra confirmation step before the document gets submitted.

“Quick with templates, tracks all signatures

Pros

This software is quick and simple to use especially because of the ready-made templates. Since I work with contractors overseas, I really appreciate how easy it is to get signatures online and how it tells me when every party has signed so the agreement can be filed away properly.

From my experience the interface was visually clean and easy to navigate and the step-by-step guidance for using the service was easy to follow. I managed to download and have my document signed fast and without any issue.

I honestly couldn't find anything about SignWell that bothered me, it felt simple to use and I completed what I needed to do in no time.

I discovered that this program provides the same features you'd expect from pricier competitors and it's pretty simple to use, I even received a free trial to test it out.

It took me some time to get comfortable with it because it behaves a bit differently than the tools I'm accustomed to but after adjusting, it's fine overall.

I'm really impressed by how simple it is to draft a contract and send it off for signatures. What I found especially useful was the fully digital signing process that tracks each interaction and keeps me informed with notifications every time someone engages with the document. It also delivers a final signed copy to every signer which makes record-keeping effortless and the available templates are a nice help if I'm not sure how to begin.

Overall I was very satisfied with my SignWell experience and honestly couldn't point to anything about the process that I disliked.

“effortless document preparation

Pros

I found the software extremely easy to use. Putting documents together felt effortless and the formatting came out looking sharp. Even after everyone has signed, the documents don't end up awkward or lopsided, I've used other apps that leave things badly misaligned or with oddly tiny signature images. There's also a powerful sorting and filtering system though in my experience it performs best when you set up and consistently apply their labels option (which act like tags). From my clients' side it was equally simple to navigate. Most of the people I work with aren't very tech-literate, yet I received really positive comments. For that reason, I'm planning to suggest this tool to every client I work with.

I wish there were a way to arrange documents or templates into folders, that option isn't available although the Labels feature partly fills that gap.

“Time-saving with free option

Pros

Being able to get documents signed virtually saves me a lot of time and is excellent for many different types of businesses. It's easy to use. They also offer a free option when I don't need it frequently but still require documents signed every now and then which I really appreciate!

Cons

So far I haven't found any real drawbacks or issues with it.
