“affordable and professional platform

Pros

I've found it to be an affordable method for having clients sign documents. In the past we used to send contracts by mail and the customer had to print them, sign, scan and send them back. It raises how professional our company appears.

Cons

Up to this point I haven't seen any issues surface with the system.

Signing documents is effortless for me and I have the freedom to design and select precisely what my signature will look like.

I haven't found anything about it that bothers me yet so I currently don't have any complaints.

As the owner of a remote-based business I find this software ideal for entrepreneurs running distributed teams. It's very easy to use and sending documents feels completely easy.

At the moment I don't have any major complaints. Still I would appreciate it if the free tier included at least three templates, that extra flexibility would make onboarding new agencies much easier and more practical.

As a nonprofit organization, we were searching for a budget-friendly way to add signatures to our documents. Our board members had a hard time figuring out a free method for signing, most no-cost tools felt clunky and confusing to use, while the paid e-signature services we looked at were beyond what our limited budget could handle. When we discovered this tool, what stood out was how simple it was to use and how every document includes a clear history, who signed, when it happened and what changes were made. That audit trail gives our paperwork more legitimacy and we fully expect to upgrade to a paid plan once funding permits.

It took me a few attempts to figure out exactly how items would show up in their system but after getting comfortable with it, the interface felt easy and finding the precise signing functionality we needed turned out to be really simple.

I'd have appreciated more upfront guidance for people like me who are new to configuring things on the company side since the initial setup wasn't obvious and some clearer directions would have eased getting started.

I've recently started using this tool for all of my contracts and I genuinely can't recommend it highly enough, the interface is simple, it's simple to navigate and signing is very fast, thank you so much!!!

After searching for an esign app finding this tool made me happy. I found it extremely user friendly and never once felt overwhelmed at any time by the process.

In my experience it is really simple to use. Running a small branding and design studio, I find that it gives me access to contemporary tools that align our workflows. It comes with a variety of templates and I can brand and tailor documents to match our look. I can also monitor each document's current status and overall there are plenty of features to manage documents effectively.

So far I haven't noticed any real drawbacks. Maybe I should keep using the service to be sure.

Pros

One thing I really like is that I can mark exactly where each signer should sign, initial and date. That removes any confusion and people seem to prefer the built-in signature fonts instead of struggling to draw a signature with a mouse.

Thinking back over all the time I've used this tool I honestly can't think of a single thing that bothers me about it, nothing raises any concerns at all and I'm genuinely fond of it.

“Monitor client progress, tweak templates easily

Pros

I really like being able to tell when a client has opened a document. Over time I've noticed lots of clients will view it one day and actually sign on a different day so being able to monitor their progress gives me peace of mind. Another thing I enjoy is how fast I can tweak the template to match each customer's personalized needs.

Cons

During the free trial I found you can only set up a single template which is frustrating so my advice is to upgrade to a paid plan as early as you can to unlock multiple templates and full flexibility.

Using it allowed me to take advantage of a free trial so I could decide whether I liked the product. I also found the interface very simple to use.

However I only received three free templates each month and that became a problem with clients who didn't end up signing since one of my limited templates ended up being wasted.

Overall I find the platform's format extremely easy to navigate, it never feels tough to add multiple users or to upload and set up a new document. From my perspective it's reassuringly secure and protects sensitive data. I also appreciate that it logs an electronic timestamp showing exactly when the other party signs and records the email used which provides a useful extra layer of confirmation.

I really can't think of any drawbacks with Signwell, up to now my experience has been entirely positive and without issues.
