For me creating a new document is incredibly easy and the signing interface my customers use feels very simple and easy for them to navigate.

Cons

I do feel it misses some of the more advanced automation features you get with services like Zapier although that shortfall won't be a dealbreaker for every kind of user.

Usability was the top priority for both my company and me, we wanted something simple that still offered practical tools for daily use. Signwell delivered on that, it's easy to navigate and includes the everyday features we rely on.

SignWell is affordable and does exactly what I need. I've never found any problems and find the interface super simple. For our online business that relies entirely on digital paperwork, it's perfect because it aligns client signatures. Overall using SignWell feels smooth and issue-free.

No complaints. SignWell suits my small online operation perfectly and I'll continue relying on it for signing contracts.

Setting it up was really simple and I was able to get a document signed fast, it did exactly what I needed.

I'm a big fan of the template option and how simple the whole thing is, adding form fields feels flexible yet easy and it's quick to drop them into documents without fuss.

To be fair most of the trouble was user error on my part but when I had to tweak a tiny clause in a legal PDF and re-uploaded the updated file to SignWell, I ended up having to revisit the entire document and manually re-place every signature field again. That was annoying because it slowed my workflow and felt unnecessary for such a small change. I haven't faced this exact problem after multiple uses, yet it made me wonder how the app would handle text boxes that need extra room, for example, if someone types a long answer into a single-line or limited-size long-text field, will it expand or truncate? I wish there was clearer behavior or an autosize option so I wouldn't have to worry about running out of visible space for longer responses.

The way dates are formatted follows theS. convention and to my knowledge there isn't a way to switch it.

What I really appreciate is how simple it is, I can jump in, upload my documents, send them off and get them signed without any fuss. The interface is clean and easy to use and I also like the reminders it sends to the signees.

There's nothing major I dislike, for me it's a easy product that works well. That said, I'm on the free plan so I do get frustrated by the monthly limit on how many documents I can send.
