For my start-up coaching business, the tool delivered everything I needed, easy installation, legal compliance, smooth client onboarding and effortless signature collection. It truly matched my requirements.

Templates aren't the most simple at the start, it takes a little time to learn how to set them up but I'm aware every platform has its own learning curve. After spending some time working with the system, I found it fairly easy to get comfortable with it.

Before finding this tool I had been using DocuSign and actually preferred it, DocuSign charges per envelope which doesn't suit my needs because I usually have to send two to three documents to each and every client.

There's a shortage of form fields and I can't use my phone to draw a more natural-looking signature which is frustrating.

I've found it incredibly easy to use. After testing a number of other services, this one really stood out as one of the easiest to pick up by a wide margin.
