Pros

This is the top e-signature platform available. It is user-friendly, efficient and visually appealing. I especially like having quick access to the authenticity certificates.

Cons

My issues with the system are minimal but the cost feels a bit steep. I would also really love it if they developed a mobile app to go along with the website.

“Just as good as the competing products

Pros

it is very user friendly and simple to navigate. Having used competing products, I would say this one performs just as well.

Cons

I am drawing a blank on anything negative. Sure other programs might have extra plugins but I personally don't find those kinds of add-ons necessary for my work.

The signing process is very flexible. You can pick from several signature styles and I love that my handwritten option looks authentic rather than computer-generated.

It is alerting me that I have hit a 25 document limit but my records show only three have been signed. So I am confused if this is a monthly cap as that was not clearly communicated.

My experience was completely smooth and my customers reported the signing process was quick and simple. So I would definitely recommend it.

Cons

As per me it did not include a single thing I disliked about it. Go ahead and test it for yourself and I am confident it will live up to what you are looking for.

For small business owners, this is the most affordable and user-friendly electronic signature solution I have discovered.

Coming from other e-signature apps, I initially found it a little tricky to navigate signing a document myself and then sending it to someone else. But I managed to get the hang of it.

Completing documents is incredibly simple with this platform like no extra software downloads needed. In short I highly recommend it.

Cons

For the most part it is simple but occasionally the signature box you drag onto the document does not work when you click on it. It might be a minor technical bug.

I love how easily I can create documents, place signature fields for specific people and send everything out in just a few clicks.

Cons

One of my signers reported they could not type their phone number into a field that was required. I never figured out the cause but we found a workaround in the end.

The step by step tutorial video makes the entire process incredibly easy to follow, even for beginners.

Every so often, when I try to upload a file directly from my laptop, it has trouble locating it even if I had it open right before using SignWell. I cannot tell if it's an issue with my computer or the platform.

Pros

SignWell pay per use pricing is much simpler than other sites that force us into subscription plans we might not even need.

Cons

I do not have any criticisms at the moment. The site handled a few signatures for me and accomplished exactly what I needed so I currently have no complaints.

It is wonderfully simple with features that are easy to understand. Even I tried many other online options that just did not work for me.

Cons

Out of all the different services I tested, this one had the most straightforward setup by far which immediately told me it was the right program for my needs.

Uploading files and setting them up for signatures was completely hassle-free. The price is absolutely unbeatable for what we get.

Figuring out the signing sequence and assigning specific signers was a bit tricky. And I would really prefer an option to select who gets to sign first.

After just half an hour of using it, I felt completely comfortable. The simple, user friendly design makes everything so accessible.

I have not run into any problems so far. No situations have come up that caused an issue for me and I do not expect any to pop up in the future.

I really like having multiple options like signing, dating and adding email fields. Plus being able to position signatures exactly where needed was great and I liked that I could send requests via email while copying myself for confirmation.

Cons

There is not a single thing I can think of that I disliked about it. If that changes, you can be sure I will share my thoughts.

The workflow is very logical and easy to follow. Formatting documents and placing signature fields was also a simple process.

Nothing really stuck out to me as a downside. My experience with the product was great. The only potential drawback for some might be the recurring subscription fee.

SignWell interface is so efficient and streamlined. I can upload, sign and download files much faster than with other platforms I have used, saving me both time and frustration.

I honestly don't have any complaints at this point. I have only processed a handful of documents but every step has been smooth and effortless.

Getting documents ready for signing is quick and simple. Plus the user friendly approach makes starting easy and I love having all my completed documents organized in one location.

It is frustrating that cancelled or expired contracts still count against our three free monthly documents and I also wish the signing date would lock automatically to the day it was signed.

Pros

The interface is remarkably simple and self-explanatory as I could send and sign documents immediately without any training. Also the free plan is perfect for my occasional needs and the legal audit trail and templates are very useful.

Cons

One of the main limitations are on the free plan which has a low monthly document cap and lacks advanced branding or workflow customization unless you pay for an upgrade and I feel like having a dedicated mobile app would also be a great improvement.

the system was way too easy to navigate. I used it for government regulator applications and every single one was accepted without any issues.

Cons

it works perfectly with no problems. one feature that could be handy is an edit function, so if someone needs a small change, you do not have to void the entire document and start over with a new one.

Pros

One of my favorite part is how simple it is to send documents. The process was easy from day one and has stayed that way.

Cons

Well it was not immediately clear that certain features are locked behind subscription plans. I would rather know from the beginning if I am going to run into any paywalls.
