“The best tool with every feature I need

Pros

This is the best tool. The interface is incredibly user friendly and has every feature I need. In short they really thought of everything.

Cons

Its simplicity is incredible and really sets it apart from other services. I cannot find a single flaw and it completely eliminates the need for those overpriced alternatives.

It is so convenient and simple. Signing documents becomes simple which really boosts productivity in our fast-paced world.

No specific complaints come to mind. The platform is packed with every tool necessary to get work done efficiently and has all the features required to help grow your business.

“Extremely simple dashboard and setup

Pros

The dashboard and setup process were extremely simple. I was able to prepare and send documents for signing almost immediately.

Cons

My first impression was that the pricing seemed a bit high but I am sure it will feel more justified as my usage and reliance on the service grows.

“Wonderfully easy for client signatures

I started using this recently to streamline client signatures and it's been wonderfully easy to work with. So great job.

Cons

Using the text tool to enter a date was a little difficult for me though that was probably just a matter of getting used to it. The free tier is also fair but I was hoping the monthly limit would reset with the calendar month.

“Simple to use & much better pricing

this software is simple to use and provides e-signature certificates. the pricing is much better than DocuSign especially with unlimited documents.

my only wish is that the Light plan included custom branding. other than that it's been a significant upgrade over my previous service.

This is an excellent program for getting multiple signatures on documents particularly contracts.

Cons

The only small hiccup was when I created a document and cancelled it before sending, the system temporarily counted it against my monthly limit. But a quick page refresh fixed the count, so it wasn't a real problem.

“Easy and quick for senders and signers

Pros

I am impressed by how easy it is for both senders and signers. The site is quick to navigate, documents take just minutes to send and I love the timestamps and read notifications.

Cons

There is very little to dislike but one improvement would be an in-built editor so you could make changes to contracts directly on the site instead of uploading a brand new file every time.

“good DocuSign alternative with a clear overview

Pros

Well I found this to be an excellent DocuSign alternative. Setup was simple, the overview is clear and the initial tutorial was helpful.

Cons

Figuring out how to place the signature and date fields was confusing and an automated placement option would be helpful. The dashboard could also be clearer about showing who signed and who approved a document.

As someone who is not the best with technology, I really value how easy and simple the SignWell platform is to figure out.

Cons

After preparing documents for several clients, my only small complaint is that a few of the steps can feel a bit repetitive. I am certain there is probably a method to streamline it, though.

We found the interface to be really simple, it is quick to get a document ready and moving through the e-signature steps feels effortless and smooth.

It has fewer advanced tools than some and the options for formatting documents can feel restricted at times. We would also like to have a wider range of integrations for more adaptable workflows.

My experience with this software has been great because it's so user friendly. Getting documents signed is a quick and hassle-free process which saves me a ton of time. Tracking where my papers are is also incredibly simple.

To be honest I had a positive experience from the start, with no big problems to report. The system has performed exactly as it should.

Getting started is so easy with this thing as there is absolutely no learning period or complicated steps. I mean you can just jump in and begin using it in moments, even as a complete newbie.

Right now I cannot point to any downsides. Our previous service was DocuSign but this one feels more streamlined, faster and simpler to navigate.

The best part for me is how simple it is to find all the different functions. It feels great to open up this tool and know exactly what to do without getting lost or needing a long guide for basic tasks.

My inbox does get quite a few promotional emails from them but I get that it's part of running a business and promoting their service, so it is something I can live with.

They have created a very approachable application for getting your documents signed. The service runs without a hitch, signing is uncomplicated, the app itself is great too and the price is much better than other companies.

SignWell tool is way too simple to use. Overall it is an amazing tool that I know I can always rely on. I would definitely suggest them to anyone.

There is honestly nothing to report. It performs its intended job without any fuss. So I have had zero problems with it.

With this software , all you have to do is upload your file and place the signature fields. I mean it is that user-friendly. The way it connects with so many automation tools is also a huge plus, turning boring jobs into seamless ones.

Cons

You are limited to just one template on the free plan but that's actually a great way to test everything out and learn how it all works.

Using this is so effortless and it gets the job done perfectly. Also it is a huge time-saver for me. My last document was uploaded, signed, sent out and returned to me fully executed in just a few minutes.

Hmmm... I am trying to think of something I didn't like but nothing comes to mind. So why go looking for problems when I am perfectly content?

What I love is how you can just start using it right away without any setup. It is really not difficult to understand, even if you skip the instructions. I just dove in and got to work

My first try at setting up a reusable template did not work though that might have been my mistake. I eventually managed to get it figured out.

It is way too easy to use. Instead of loading it up with unnecessary extras, the focus is entirely on a smooth and effective workflow and I really admire how it masters its core functions instead of constantly adding new features that are not needed.

Cons

The interface is not as flashy as some competitors but thats actually what makes it so simple to operate. So if you prefer a simple tool over a slick design, this won't be a downside for you.
