very easy and HIPAA compliant

Pros

It is very easy to use and they offer a version that is fully HIPAA compliant.

Cons

The price seems a bit high especially since it's so similar to what we can get for free with Google Forms.

Seamless integration with my websites

Pros

The seamless integration of the form which is completely customizable and works perfectly with my websites, is what I liked. Another thing that really sets this tool apart from others is its highly flexible interface. So I am definitely planning to use it for my future projects as well.

Cons

My only requests would be the ability to remove the watermark and to simplify the process for making phone calls through the platform.

Perfect for automation with Zapier

Pros

My setup involves using it with Zapier to create a lot of automation and it functions perfectly.

Cons

great for integrating with SquareUp

Pros

Being able to integrate my SquareUp account with it is a feature I really like as it lets me accept appointments and product orders. The templates are also a particularly nice touch

Cons

One thing I did not like is how you need some coding knowledge just to change the text color in certain form fields.

Simple setup for client forms

Pros

Getting it set up was simple when we first launched our website and needed a way for client forms to be sent directly to our email.

Cons

pretty easy to enter and share information

Pros

One of the best part is how simple it is to enter information and share it across our company. They send the details we need, we input the data, save it, print it and send it out. The whole thing takes almost no time.

Cons

It is frustrating that your work does not save if you accidentally close the window. I mean it would be much easier if it automatically saved our progress when we log in.

Great forms

Pros

The forms are great and I especially love that I can add product lists to them! It makes collecting pre-orders and payments incredibly easy.

Cons

My only note is that some features are not available or at least they are not easy to locate. For instance, I was looking for a spin the wheel widget recently and couldn't find one on the platform.

Easy and accurate for selling products

Pros

Selling our products is easy with this service and it is both accurate and timely.Overall it is absolutely good and we can also have Jotform automatically send order confirmations to our customers.

Cons

We can put the layout together very easily. Analyzing and reading customer data is simple too and it is great for selling our products, among other things. So no complaints.

Pros

You get so many ways to customize things and I also really love that I can build my form in Spanish.

The variety of solutions is the best

The variety of solutions available is what I like most. I do not believe anything else comes close to Jotform. And on top of that, it is really easy to use.

Pros

Jotform is pretty simple to use and packed with features. Our real estate business relies on it to gather client information and our customers also find it very simple to navigate.

Cons

A must-have for my smooth workflow

Pros

Ever since I found JotForm, I genuinely feel like I wasted so much time on other competing products. Its features are robust and the whole experience is wonderfully smooth and intuitive. Overall it has become a must-have for my workflow and I am absolutely going to keep using it from now on. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Cons

One drawback is that you need a paid subscription to access some of the more advanced tools which I feel like can be a bit restrictive for solo users.

good for building custom feedback forms

Pros

Being able to build my own custom forms for getting team feedback and then tracking the responses to gather information is exactly what I needed.

Cons

The best method for collecting feedback

Pros

It is the best method for collecting client feedback without needing to know how to code!

Cons

Their free plan is fantastic so I have no complaints and even their higher-tier business plans are reasonably priced!

Can put together complex forms easily

Pros

With Jotform I can put together custom polls, surveys, application forms, registration systems and other complex data-entry setups with just a few tweaks. The interface is also very user friendly and pulling the data from their portal is a simple process.

Cons

All the data is saved forever. Thats useful sometimes but when I have multiple projects running at once, I hit my data limit really fast. When that happens, I have to go in and manually delete old information just to keep using the service. It is an extra hassle, especially if an active project gets interrupted because I run out of storage. So I would lik eif it would automatically archive old polls after a while to help keep my account clear.
