“An amazing tool
Pros
This is an amazing and easy to use form builder. The drag-and-drop interface makes creating professional-looking forms simple and the customization options let us keep everything perfectly on-brand. My favorite parts are the gorgeous, easily adjustable templates, the built-in e-signature and payment features, the conditional logic for smart forms, the smooth connections with tools like Google Sheets and PayPal and the automated workflows that save me so much time every week.
Cons
The free account has a limited number of forms and you need a paid plan for some of the more advanced tools. I also wished there were more templates made specifically for photographers.

Pros
It really helps fill the gaps in my workflows, has an efficient signing feature and offers useful custom apps.
Cons
Well the price for multiple users seems high to me but other than that, I do not have any problems with it.

“The top form-building software
Pros
From my experience, this is the top form-building software you can find. The interface is so user-friendly making it pretty simple to set up forms and keep track of all the submissions.
Cons
Their app is the biggest weakness. Even though they frequently release bug fixes, still their website feels a lot more dependable to use.

Pros
We have turned to them a few times for managing surveys. While they are not the perfect fit for what we require, it is a solid product in general.
Cons
Analysis tools are not quite sophisticated enough for what we need and the overall look can come across as a bit unprofessional.

“Very easy to create forms
Pros
Creating a form to email to our parents is very easy. We can also add pictures and it is much more organized than Google Forms when you have many options. Plus letting parents select sizes and quantities for each item makes the process much simpler for them.
Cons
There are not any real downsides. Though I have not even tried out all the features yet, still I am certain it's capable of a lot more than what I am currently using it for.

Pros
It is a great platform with a design that is easy to figure out. I made a form for my company in just a few minutes and it also integrates smoothly into your own website.
Cons
It would be great to have some more advanced options for the calendar and time selection functions.

“let down by high costs and unclear limits
Pros
Getting around the system is not an issue and it works perfectly with my other operating systems. Overall the whole setup is very user-friendly.
Cons
The subscription costs are not as competitive as other similar sites. They also do not warn you about the upload capacity limit for your forms until you actually hit it. On top of that I noticed the price for upgrading is just too high.

Pros
Creating the forms was simple and there were so many features I could include. This was a huge help when I needed to set up an RSVP form.
Cons
A monthly payment option is not an option for me. As we are just a small organization and did not need 1,000 submissions, just a few more than the free plan allowed.

Pros
Customizing forms to gather leads, client feedback and event registrations is so simple with Jotform. I also really like how easily you can add forms to existing websites or make them for email campaigns without needing to contact IT for help.
Cons
The free plan is a bit restricted in terms of how much you can submit and store and sometimes you need to put in a little extra effort to tweak the form's layout so it looks good on mobile phones.

Pros
Using Jotform is very easy and simple. There is not any part of it that requires a lot of training or prior knowledge to understand.
Cons
I feel like the price for the paid plans jumps up quite a bit as you grow, particularly if you need high submission volumes, HIPAA compliance or advanced integrations. We have also noticed that larger forms with lots of fields or conditional logic can load slowly or lag, especially on mobile.

Pros
This gives us a platform to create our own questionnaires, surveys and other tools. We have used it to help manage a waitlist and to gauge interest from the community.
Cons
Our experience with it has been positive so far. We are on the free plan right now and it provides just enough for what we need to get done.

It is our favorite because it offers a really customized way to capture new leads, unlike more generic options. Plus the drag and drop functionality is also a big help and there are plenty of templates for you to pick from.
Cons
Many of the more advanced features are only available on the higher-priced plans. The free version has a limit of 100 submissions per month.

Pros
The interface for Jotform is easy to navigate and comprehend. I mean you get a lot of pre-made forms that make it easy to get started on the platform.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that the submission limit and data allowance on the free plan are too low. So it really should increase what they offer for free accounts.

Pros
My small business has been using this tool for just over a year and it has completely changed the game for us. It is so simple to operate, very convenient for our clients and having everything in one spot is a feature I really love.
Cons
It is really frustrating that the standard version has usage caps and that you cannot just duplicate an old form without it counting against a new limit.

It is easy to use and works wonderfully for getting documents signed. Overall it does exactly what it's meant to do and I have not had a single problem with it.
Cons

Cons
The submission caps, the required Jotform branding and having features locked away can be frustrating as you grow and you have to upgrade to get any of the more advanced tools.

Connecting it with�monday.com�was a simple process. We have a large client who wanted to expand their use of�monday.com�and asked for our help to get this tool implemented.
Cons
Their logging system was a little confusing to figure out at first. But once we understand what it's meant to do, we able to adjust it in way we want to use it.
