Creating forms that look professional is a simple process and the best thing is that we do not need to know any coding.

Cons

The pricing setup means the free tier has restrictions on how much we can store and how many responses we can collect.

There is a plethora of different things you can do with jotform like job applications, satisfaction surveys for employees or customers, data collection, client forms and more.

Well the export function can be a bit glitchy sometimes as either it fails to work or the file you download does not look like the form you designed.

This platform is incredibly intuitive and the fact that it's free is a huge bonus. I've relied on Jotform for everything from personal projects to collecting info with my small team at work and it's been perfect for all of it.

You can only make five forms for free and I have already used all of mine so it would be great to have an ongoing free option.

Building forms is pretty simple and we can make them as basic or as detailed as the situation requires.

Setting up forms and collecting payments through the app is not an issue. Also I can handle getting consent forms and selling products or services all from one spot.

The price to create more than five forms is a bit too high for what I can afford.

Reviewing the responses is simple and I love how customizable and easy to use everything is. I have been relying on this platform for about three years now.

Well the jump in price from the lowest plan to the next one up is quite significant. I wish they had more tiers and payment choices.

The main limitation with the plans is how they are based on data usage as storage gets used up really fast when we are collecting documents.

Throwing together a form or survey is pretty simple and if it is for a smaller project, it does not cost anything. I use it for a bunch of different tasks but the main one is having my team fill out a daily form to flag any urgent items that need my immediate attention.

I dont have any complaints as I genuinely enjoy using it for a wide variety of tasks.

There are tons of templates you can use to create nice-looking forms. Plus the drag and drop feature speeds everything up and best of all, we do not need to know how to code. Everything also works perfectly on mobile.

I was on the free plan for some time and it can feel very restrictive. Larger forms also tend to bug out occasionally.

Luckily we have not run into any problems. In short there is not anything about it that we dislike.

We use Jotform's advanced form editor to create really professional forms for surveys and attendance. The drag and drop technology is so simple that you do not need any coding knowledge. Plus the survey analytics help us find useful information in the responses and the strong security tools keep all our data protected.

It has been impressive in every way and has not shown any weaknesses. We cannot find anything to dislike.

Getting started is simple and I love the WYSIWYG, means what you see is what you get design. Overall the whole concept is great.

We have been using it for years and never had problems until the recent pricing changes. Now we suddenly need to contact support for things we used to handle ourselves.
