Pros
Our team finds Jotform incredibly easy to use which lets us create and handle forms without any technical know-how. The customization is also great allowing us to shape the forms to fit our exact requirements.
Cons
Some of the more powerful features do take a bit of time to learn which can be challenging if you are new to building forms. Also while it is very capable, the paid plans might feel a bit expensive for small businesses or individuals just getting started.

This is a genuinely powerful tool for building forms and the best part is that you don't need any coding experience to use it effectively. It makes creating professional forms accessible to everyone.
Cons

Pros
There are great options and widgets available. The support is also good and responds quickly. Overall the whole platform is really easy to use.
Cons
We have run into problems where data does not always transfer correctly to the app we are using. Plus simple formatting like automatically capitalizing the first letter of names and addresses, does not seem to be an option, even though we have requested the feature.

Pros
Jotform is essential for my business's daily operations and has been since I started. The forms are also highly customizable and have handled everything I have needed. I also love that I can embed them directly into my website, which is a great workaround for matching my brands look.
Cons
I keep hitting the data cap on the free version, so I have to clear out old information often. So I wish there was a cheaper paid plan that just offered more data as the current lowest tier is still too pricey for my needs. I would also like more control over the form's appearance like changing fonts. The forms look a bit dated too and could use a more modern design.

It was a bit tricky to get used to at first. For a couple of months, I could not edit the information in my files but the team fixed that for me this month.

Pros
We can collect payments and submission data all in one place. It is also simple to use and has great features like hiding questions if someone marks no so they do not have to fill out irrelevant parts. In short our experience with it has been fantastic.
Cons
The non-profit discount is not a flat 50%. Keep in mind that it is up to 50%. And we cannot afford to upgrade from the starter plan right now but we are hoping to in the future. On a positive note they did let us increase our limits by sharing the platform with friends and family.

We used it to create a simple app link for course sign-ups. This has made tracking how many people are joining our courses much easier.
Cons
It has been excellent for our needs. However I personally wish the free version included more forms but that's just me. As I have no problem paying for what we need when it comes to this platform.
