packed with features

Pros

It is way too simple to use, yet it still comes packed with a lot of features which amaze me a lot.

Cons

On the web version, keep in mind that your progress is not always saved if you accidentally close the browser tab.

Huge number of free templates

Pros

The thing I like the most is that we get access to a huge number of templates to build our form without paying anything.

Cons

It took me a minute to figure out how it works but after a short while I had my form nearly finished.

Very user friendly :)

Pros

One of the best things about Jotform is how incredibly user-friendly it is. I love that I can easily set up conditional logic to handle specific scenarios in my forms, which lets me customize them perfectly for exactly what I need.

Cons

A downside I noticed is that translating a form has to be done manually and it does not have all the font options and features available for different languages.

Large collection of hassle-free templates

Pros

The large collection of templates makes creating a form completely hassle-free. The drag and drop form builder is also very user friendly and simple to use when we are building something new.

Cons

I find the free plan quite restricted in what it can do, particularly when you are trying to build more complex forms.

Used to be a good product

Pros

It used to be a good product as it was affordable, simple to operate and integrated fairly well with other tools.

Cons

the conditional logic just vanishes. Support will claim we deleted the fields even if we did not and then suggest changing our account password to prevent it. I mean they never really take responsibility for the actual bugs in their software.

Easy to create forms

Pros

Creating forms with Jotform is easy and a major plus is the massive library of templates that are simple to edit.

Cons

I feel like it would be great if you could add more templates and maybe include some stock images as well.

Love the drag and drop custom forms

Pros

I love that Jotform lets you build custom forms using a simple drag and drop system. I created a webinar registration form with it and the conditional logic feature made the sign-up process seamless for attendees. It also connects perfectly with payment systems like PayPal and Stripe.

Cons

The free plan has limited features and we need a higher-tier plan for advanced functions like HIPAA compliance or API access. Also sometimes the forms can also be slow to load.

Simple interface for building forms

Pros

The simple interface makes it easy for us to figure out how to build a form that people can fill out.

Cons

With so many options available, finding what we need can take a bit of time and some experimenting.

Simple to start and incredibly adaptable

Pros

Getting started with Jotform is simple and it is incredibly adaptable. I managed to turn a 45 to 60 minute client intake meeting into a pre-filled form, which let us use our actual meeting time much more effectively.

Cons

I came to know that the free version does not let me customize the branding as much but that makes sense.

Pros

It seamlessly sends me new leads that come from online searches.

Cons

A few leads have mentioned they got my call days after submitting their info, even though I contacted them right after receiving it.

Flexible and easy to use for our team

Pros

The flexibility and ease of use are what I like. Connecting different parts is also very easy and the free plan is the best for our small team since we don't have a high volume of monthly submissions.

Cons

There is a limit on monthly submissions but they do offer ways to earn more. Another thing I noticed is that responses can only be sent to a single email address.

A big fan of the user-friendly platform

Pros

I am a big fan of Jotform. The platform is very user-friendly and I have been impressed with the updates and new features they have rolled out over the years. I just created a merchandise order form for a school with it and it worked perfectly.

Cons

The pricing tiers for submission limits are not my favorite but I was able to manage it.

way too easy to navigate and customize forms

Pros

Navigating and customizing forms is not a problem. Also there are lots of integrations and the free tier is surprisingly robust for basic needs.

Cons

The submission and storage limits on the free plan are a bit annoying. Also learning all the features can feel overwhelming when you are just starting out.
