It is easy to use, works seamlessly across different devices and I find it simple to edit.

Cons

Now I have to pay a monthly fee because I reached the limit on my forms which was expected but still....

“Instant feedback with clear graphs

Pros

Getting instant feedback and seeing the results presented in clear graphs is something I like the most.

Cons

So far I have not come across a single thing I dislike.

Pros

I have used Jotform for all kinds of projects. What I love is how easily it can gather and organize information from potential customers, employees and current clients.

Cons

Like most subscription services, I am not a fan of paying more than necessary but the pricing has been reasonable.

The platform is very easy to use and the interactive interface is especially user-friendly.

Only downside I have found is the smaller selection of free templates.

Using it was way too easy and not overly complicated at all.

For several tasks I had in mind, it was too basic to be truly useful and it does not work well for complex or legal forms that need more depth.

“An extremely adaptable and reliable platform

Pros

Jotform is an extremely adaptable platform that lets me combine several business functions in one spot without needing much technical know-how. Also it is reliable, secure and has great customer support. Overall they are easy to work with, the price is fair and it's packed with more features than many competitors.

Cons

On an enterprise plan we have to add new users in blocks of five which is not very convenient for a smaller company like ours.

“Great drag and drop

Pros

Umm design-wise, I am a fan of the drag and drop interface and the clean, professional look of the forms especially the one question at a time view. For functionality, I like that you can set up a basic form in about five minutes. Plus the features are powerful, particularly the conditional logic that lets you customize what happens next based on a user's answers. And I know there are even more features I have not explored yet.

Cons

I might be missing something but I have not been able to get the workflows to function the way I need them to.

“Easy to text links and close sales

Pros

As a phone-based salesperson, I can text a Jotform link to a customer so they can browse our specials and place an order whenever it's convenient for them. Plus it lets the customer see the deals which makes it much easier to close the sale.

Cons

Well I am having trouble setting up tax calculations across multiple forms. The state/province dropdown only lists US states, so I cannot configure it for other countries and might not collect the right tax.

I really like how customizable the forms are and how simple it is to send them out to my clients.

Getting the form set up took a little more time than I expected.

There is a massive library of ready to use templates for creating forms for all sorts of uses, like hotel bookings, feedback forms and customer service surveys.

The paid plans are on the expensive side and as our needs grow and more people use the forms, it can be hard to manage the cost.

I wish there were more advanced styling options focused on design.

You can create an unlimited number of forms and collect unlimited responses, plus you are allowed to edit forms even after they have been published.

Pros

The huge selection of templates and the ability to customize form designs are its best features.

One things I like least are the file upload limits, the pricing and the limited customization for advanced features.

Jotform advanced conditional logic and the wide range of integration choices are what I like. On top of that it is very user-friendly to navigate.

My least favorite aspects are the limited options for advanced features and the extra charges for file storage.

“Extremely helpful photo capture feature

Pros

Having a form field that can capture a photo is extremely helpful for us as we use it for attendance. It is also incredibly simple to turn a form into an app, which feels more professional and convenient. There are lots of app integrations as well.

Cons

Having more tutorials available would be useful but overall, I do not have many complaints based on how I use it.

Pros

The drag and drop interface is so simple to use that even people without a technical background can build professional-looking forms in no time.

Cons

I noticed that the free plan has fairly low limits for submissions and storage which makes it less suitable for sites with a lot of traffic or big storage needs.

It is a form builder that is easy to use, highly customizable and gets the job done for us efficiently.

There is an occasional lag with larger forms but it is not a major problem.

The free version has some limitations on the features we can use but the ones available are still very useful.

My favorite things are Jotform's simplicity and its versatility. Overall it is user friendly platform for building forms and it comes with a wide variety of pre-made templates for different purposes like surveys, registrations and questionnaires.

Pros

There are so many different question formats available, the PDF output looks great and I am a huge fan of the feature that lets you fill out pre-existing PDFs.

To be honest I cannot say anything negative as the pricing is fair and even the basic version gives you access to a lot of features.
