Sending surveys out to a huge number of people is incredibly simple with Jotform. I mean it is really, really easy.

Cons

My least favorite part was hitting a response limit and having to upgrade to a paid plan to see more. I think that should be made clear from the start so users can choose the right membership level upfront.

Creating forms is a simple process with Jotform especially with all the templates they provide.

I generally prefer using free software and here some of the features are locked behind a paywall.

The simplicity and convenience are what I like the most, it is great that our clients can complete the forms on their phone or computer.

To be honest I cannot think of anything I didn't like. It worked perfectly for what I needed.

The user interface is simply amazing. Designing forms is also very easy and the final result always looks great to the person filling it out.

Cons

Technical support is the weakest point. When there is a glitch, it takes forever to get a reply and when you do, they often do not seem to understand the problem and just give a generic, unhelpful answer. It feels like they are not equipped to handle most real issues.

Well the main reason I chose Jotform is because of how convenient and easy it is to use.

It was a bit tricky to learn at first but once we get the hang of navigating it, everything becomes easy.

Navigating the platform is so easy and I really like getting the survey results sent directly to my email. Plus it makes keeping a record of my teams answers much simple and overall the Jotform support team is also very helpful.

There is absolutely nothing I dislike about it, it's so easy to find our way around and keeps everything perfectly organized.

Creating forms with Jotform is so simple because there is no coding required as you just drag and drop the elements. Plus their form design tools are top-notch and help me create really stylish forms. It also works well with most of my clients engagement tools, making it easy to build surveys for collecting and analyzing feedback. The pre-built templates and well-documented articles helped me learn how to make professional forms quickly.

I cannot think of a single feature I like least. All of its tools are incredible and I have never had a problem using any of them.

The user interface is clean and the experience is amazing. As someone who fills out surveys, I find Jotform forms to be very simple and clear.

One of my biggest issue is that every membership level only includes one user login, even for teams. In a smaller organization like ours, multiple staff members need to work on different forms so having a plan that allows several user profiles would be a huge help.

It has the exact feature I wanted. So for me it is one of the only form builders that can put the answers directly into a custom PDF.

Cons

Setting up a form is not very easy, you have to jump between different sections to edit the form versus adding questions and the editing function opens a separate, more complicated advanced window.

Pros

Our animal rescue group, PAWS-OK loves Jotform. Since Covid, more and more people applying to adopt our rescued cats have been using our online Adoption Request Form. The submissions are easy for us to read and potential adopters know their request comes to us electronically and won't get lost in the mail.

At the moment I really cannot think of anything I don't like about it.

It is easy to use, highly customizable and has generous limits. Plus the support team has always been very helpful as well.

I am unable to delete forms that get marked as spam which negatively affects my form limits.
