Jotform offers an easy and affordable way for potential clients to get in touch with our business. Plus providing links and QR codes is also great for promoting our services on social media.

Pros
The setup is simple and the forms end up looking very professional. I am also a big fan of the new AI features.
Cons
Cloning a form can sometimes get confusing if we are trying to make an exact copy without any changes.

What I liked was that Jotform includes so many different features and tools in a single plan.
Cons
The interface is much harder to use than other options and the overwhelming number of features leads to decision fatigue.

Pros
Jotform software is super easy to use and we can customize it so much. Also the free features are the best. I especially love that I can duplicate a survey and let someone else use it.

I noticed it was missing a live pull feature to use API integrations and automatically pull in data based on a users entry.

Pros
Creating staff contracts is so simple and I can send them out for my team to fill in remotely. This saves everyone time since they do not have to come into the office.
Cons
Setting up the forms was tricky at first, it took me some time to get comfortable with the software after switching from Adobe.

Cons
