“An affordable way to connect

Jotform offers an easy and affordable way for potential clients to get in touch with our business. Plus providing links and QR codes is also great for promoting our services on social media.

There is not a single thing about it that I dislike.

Cloning a form can sometimes get confusing if we are trying to make an exact copy without any changes.

What I liked was that Jotform includes so many different features and tools in a single plan.

The interface is much harder to use than other options and the overwhelming number of features leads to decision fatigue.

Jotform software is super easy to use and we can customize it so much. Also the free features are the best. I especially love that I can duplicate a survey and let someone else use it.

I noticed it was missing a live pull feature to use API integrations and automatically pull in data based on a users entry.

Creating staff contracts is so simple and I can send them out for my team to fill in remotely. This saves everyone time since they do not have to come into the office.

Setting up the forms was tricky at first, it took me some time to get comfortable with the software after switching from Adobe.

I know I am not using it to its full potential but thats just because I have not had enough training on it.

It is highly customizable, simple to set up and sends email alerts to several people at once. Best of all the document submission is secure!

The user interface looks a little old-fashioned but it is not a major issue.

Getting to the form is easy and we can sign documents without having to schedule a physical meeting.

The only problem I have noticed is that filling out a form on my phone is difficult. It works much better on a desktop or laptop computer.
